Everyone made the process very easy. The young lady who booked the car in and the gentleman who collected my car and delivered it back were very polite and efficient. The car looks brilliant, thank you so much.

When I dropped my car off, the time taken to check my car in and collect my courtesy car was done quickly and the visual checks of both cars done with great detail. The courtesy car was almost brand new and well equipped. All of the staff that I dealt with were professional and courteous. The repair works are of an excellent standard and my car was returned spotlessly clean. Many Thanks

Took a long time to get a date to fix the car which was then cancelled due to non availability of replacement car. Next date was then several months away.
However actual work carried out was excellent, but car not cleaned inside on return which I expected as we returned the hire car valeted.

Your staffs are outstanding.

good communication and good up to date service,

I was advised at noon my car would not be ready, waiting for a part. I filled the tank later that day £60, only to be told at 16:15 my car was ready and allowed me 20 minutes to get to the Unit. The courtesy car filled to the brim with petrol, no refund. Not happy about that, however the repair was very good :(

I had made a specific request to contact me on my Land Line which was ignored; you kept on calling my mobile which is switched off during the working hours.

I took 4 weeks after calling them for them to take my car in, only for them to call me up and say the curtesy car I was supposed to get wasn’t drivable and they would call me back to rearrange. Two weeks later they still hadn’t called me back and I had to chase them to get my next appointment (4 weeks later). However when I finally did drop my car, it was fixed within 2 weeks and they called me often to update me on what was happening so that was good.

Can't fault the service I have received from this place, they put everything right again and even after an undiscovered fault with my cars seat folding mechanism they still offered to correct this.

My family have also used Fix Auto Sidcup in the past and are very happy with their attention to detail.

Car took a long time to get repaired but the communication was very good throughout from the staff.

Quality of work was first class. Did a lovely job on my car and nice friendly service. Would have given 5 stars if not for some delays due to waiting for parts. Kept me regularly updated though with completion date. Would definitely recommend.

They were fantastic. Great customer service and communication, the work was to a very high standard, and the cleanliness showroom-esque.

Absolutely brilliant service. Honest and realistic with timeline given for completion of works but managed to get my car back to me ahead of schedule. The reception ladies are absolutely lovely and kept me in the loop as promised, with calls every couple of days. My car looks great and they even sorted out a little chipped bit of paint that wasn’t a result of my accident. Would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you team!
