Had my dre beats headphones fixed, advised what was needed, ordered sent a postal label, sent, few days later back with me as good as new, would highly recommend

I bought some replacement earphone prices for some noise cancelling headphones. Now though the headphones are not noise cancelling at all, I was unable to send them back because the headphones have been used and no other solution way supplies.

Fantastic service and quick.

From start to finish the communication was excellent. Was going for a more expensive repair (Hinge repair as advised by amazon repair) but sent a few photos to Louis, who explained that the damage wasn't as bad as was thought (Only headband replacement required), so fantastic honesty.

I sent my Beats Solo 3 in for repair and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, the communication was spot on and clear, i was kept the loop every step of the way, which gave me real confidence that my headphones were in good hands.

Just a fantastic service from start to finish. Sent 2 pairs of beats - an old pair and a studio 3 pair. Louis was able to source the part for the out of date pair, which he advised me it could take a while for him to receive the part. Great communication! Within a matter of days, I received an email from Louis informing me both pairs were repaired and on route. a simple, uncomplicated and thoroughly great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great service and excellent craftsmanship. My Beats are as good as new.

My beats were bought for me nearly 7 years ago for a birthday so they are sentimental. The inner casing had broken. After seeing the amount of work it would take to attempt to make it right myself via youtube I didnt think it would be possible to fix. Reluctantly buying a new set of beats seemed the only plausible option because of the cost of repair until I found Fixheadphones. It's great that there are companies such as this out there fixing things that can be fixed for a reasonable fee. My beats feel brand new again even though they are nearly 7 years old. Very happy and would use fix headphones again if necessary.

Great experience, they gave me a really quick quote for my headphones. They have arrived in perfect condition and basically look brand new, would definitely recommend this website.

The inner arm on my Beats Studio 3 headphones had snapped and both ear pads were worn and flaking. So I decided to put my faith in this site to make them usable again. The shipping process was simple, very good communication from Louis, and my repair was turned around looking as good as new again within only a few days. Thought my barely used Beats headphones were done for (one ear was not working) but they're fixed and as good as new. Great to keep them going and this option is cheaper than a new set!!
