Amazing turnaround and great communication 👍🏻

Excellent first Class company!
My daughters beats solo 3 headphones developed a fault and she was going to just buy a new pair for £179 😬 but I noticed Fixheadphones read all the reviews and was impressed enough to get in touch. I gave them the make and problem and they got back to me very quickly with an estimate, which was much less than half the price of new ones. This was a "No Brainer" moment, they were sent off and returned within a few days fully working

Amazing service, My headphones are back and fixed perfectly and I can finally use them again, the turn around is impeccable, I sent them Monday and had them back Thursday, Would highly recommend and I would 100% use this company again.

I always use these guys to fix my headphones and have used them maybe three times now. Initially to fix my old Bose headphones that had been sat defunct for a long time, and then to fix the handband hinges and ear pads. Simply, quick and efficient.

Sent Beats Studio3 for replacement ear pads. Excellent repair & quick turnaround. I would recommend this company to others.

Very simple process, easy to deal with and good communication from start to finish , Sent off my headsets warped to be replaced and received them within 3 business days.

I've used Fixheadphones twice now.
The first time I used the service, I was quite hesitant and Louis answered all my questions before I sent off my headphones. Because it was a great experience, this second time I did not hesitate to use the service again.

Bose Q35 lost sound in left side. contacted Fixheadphones.com in Provo. They sent me shipping packet for repair.
Sent me invoice on repair cost. under $100 including shipping both ways
Received repaired headset back within a week of paying invoice.
Very Happy with set.
