Louis was first class. I was a little bit worried about sending my headphones away, as they are expensive and I love them, however, Louis's communication and work was excellent.
Turned the headphones around in rapid time, kept me updated at every step and was polite and helpful. Cannot praise fixheadphones.co.uk enough. Will certainly use them again should another mishap occur.

Bought replacement pads for my beats solo 3 headphones. Impressed with them. Cheap, quick delivery, easy to replace and my beats look brand new again. Thank you.

We had a couple of mis-steps at the beginning, but Louis stepped in, explained and sorted everything. Pads arrived the next day, and are perfect. Tutorial videos are spot-on, too. Faultless care, commitment and quality - I'm very happy to recommend these guys, and would go back to them for anything in the future.

The wire for my Beats headphones needed replacing due to wear and tear. Louis responded quickly with his advice, a quote and instructions on sending the headphones to him. The wire was replaced quickly; the work was done to a professional standard and the headphones were returned promptly. I have saved a lot of money with Louis' help. Ask him first before replacing your headphones.
