Destroyed my phone

I had a small crack on my screen so took it to Fixlocal Barbican for a replacement. Turned up to collect it and my phone was fully destroyed, new screen wouldn't even turn on and old one smashed to pieces!
Best part was when I asked for my deposit to be refunded the guy asked to see evidence of the transaction ON MY PHONE!!!!
I need the phone for work and so spent the evening trying to find somewhere still open to buy a new one.
Beyond awful.
