Slick service - would highly recommend!
When my 8 year old Sage coffee machine started tripping the home electrics between Christmas & New Year I thought I was looking at a long time without coffee and having to buy a new machine. However I found Fix My Coffee Machine online and being based in Bristol they looked super convenient. I was not disappointed! A couple of hours after I submitted an enquiry, Rory was in touch via WhatsApp and booked in a slot to drop off the machine. Rory was very flexible with timings and responsive in his communications. I dropped off my machine at lunchtime a few days later and by that evening he had diagnosed the issue, performed repairs and sent a video showing my machine in perfect working order; a very pleasant surprise! I collected the next day and am enjoying coffee from a machine now working as good as new.

Brilliant service! From the shipping of my coffee machine they were in regular contact and let me know when my machine had arrived to them. They managed to fix it within a day or two, offered a full service which we happily agreed to and I had my machine back by the end of the week. Highly recommended!

My coffee machine stopped working and I was not sure what was going on. I asked them for advice on Whatsup and they suggested before I request a repair I tried with a different filter (completely forgot I had a single wall one) to exclude the possibility it's just the filter needing replacing. And they were right! This is the kind of honest and courteous customer service that really says a lot about a business integrity. I will definitely use their services should I need in the future

I can't praise Rory enough for his customer service. I contacted Rory about repairing my Sage Barista Pro and he promptly replied and agreed to take a look at my machine the next day as we live in Bristol. I dropped it off in the morning and by the evening he got back to me to say it was all fixed and serviced. Pure joy.
