Excellent and professional service. Very pleased with the work carried out. I highly recommend this company.

1st call were excellent and honest. They responded quickly to my enquiry and attended timely. The engineer who completed my repairs was polite and cleaned up after himself. I would use 1st call in the future.

Although the first booked appointment had to be cancelled, I was kept informed and an alternative quickly arranged.
The engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and did a good job, leaving no mess - not even a smudged fingerprint.
A few days after the work had been completed, Aaron, the owner, phoned to check that the work had been completed to my satisfaction, which, of course, it had.

Very happy with the 2 guys that fitted my glass, cleaned up great, very friendly, couldn't do enough, highly recommend.

I saw the advert for them on social media. First a man came out to measure and discuss the price. The next man came to measure the thickness of the glass the the engineer came to fit my 3 replacement windows. Each person that came out was polite and professional . The fitting of my new windows was so quick with no mess left and he took my old ones away. I would highly recommend this company 100% and will use them again myself. I’m absolutely delighted.

Excellent service. From the first phone call right through to me paying the balance on completion. Polite, no pushy sales, offered great discounts the more you buy. I even gave the details to my sister who was impressed with the speed and entire house was done. Fully cleaned up afterwards. I just wish every purchase would come with such a service.

I called them because 3 of my windows had water inside and needed to sort them out. They came very quick, gave me the options I had and decided to replace the window panel instead of having to do the full window frames who sabed me s fortune. They completed the job with high quality and fair price. All the team from the office, surveyors to the person who came to do the job have been honest, kind and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. I will recommend them to everyone and use them without hesitation if I need my windows fixed or replaced. Thank you team!

Anyone wanting windows fixing i would defently reccomend this company ..i was told i couldent get parts and would need a new window and was quoted between 6 and 8 hundred pound for small bathroom .this company came and sorted it out for me and the price they charged i was inpressed .the lad that done the work was very polite and friendly .all work was to a high standered so would defently recomend

Service from start to end was fantastic from Alicoming out to visit to the measuring team and Aqib the installing very kindand friendly work completed to a high standard. Just to top it up a curtasy call to check all has been completed at my satisfaction by the head team. I would defo recommend 1st glass .

1stcall , did a great replacement of my conservatory glass door . Clean and tidy . I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And would hesitate to use them again .

Very good experience from start to finish friendly team very well spoken helped through out the process very quick services from quotation to taking measurements and even with installation… Got windows done in past now comp doors too… our installer KASH was brilliant very nice very friendly and did the job better than anyone very neat and tidy recommend 1st call doors and windows to everyone.

The repair to my conservatory roof was first class. The service I received was excellent, the work was carried out in an efficient manner and the workman very tidy and polite.

Brilliant service from start to finish.
The installation guy was top notch, took the blinds down, fitted the new units refitted the blinds, cleaned up and was gone is less than 45 minutes.
