I ordered a replacement latch for a microwave door. The website showed it as in stock, but after a week, there was no update or delivery. I reached out to customer support and was told it was in fact not in stock, and would be arount 4 weeks lead time. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me, which they said they would. I then ordered the part elsewhere (note it was still showing as in stock on the fixpart website). Days later I got an email saying it had been despatched by fixpart. When it eventually arrived I then had to go throug the returns process, paying for my own return on something I had asked them to cancel before it had ben shipped. Now the return apparently hast arrived after a further 2 weeks and I have no refund.

Ordered a door seal for my freezer on the companies recomendation. When it arrived it was too big. After lots of to and froing with emails they finally sent a return label and refunded all my money. They sent another link stating that seal would fit. It was the correct size however the packaging was terrible the seal was mangled and impossible to fit. I emediately emaiked them with pics and its like they werent even reading them properly! After around 10 emails they finaly sent a return label but wanted to charge me for the return stating i had ordered the wrong size! The size was fine it was the mangled condition of the seal. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i wonder if they deliberately drag their feet so that i dont meet the 14 day returns. I believe if i do pay tge £6 odd they want to charge for return they wont refund me due to the state of the seal.
I am now going to take it uo with my credit card company and trading standards.
I would not reccomend this company

Easy to order and price was reasonable, just took a while to receive it by post.

Part was patten part would fit and couldn’t be adapted to fit rubbish

I sent correct model and serial number for top oven/brill door seal you stated same as main oven I quiried it and you said test it arrived and you guessed it the seal was too big
I again contacted you to ask how to return it and I’m still waiting

fixpart is a good site and are there when you cannot get any joy on other websites trying to get obsolete parts or hard to get parts its very handy to have e someone caters for this

They actually had the spare part in stock, not just stating it and then waiting for days or weeks for it to come.
When it arrived, it was exactly as ordered as was a genuine Phillips part as opposed to some cheap rip off

Don’t use . Replacement suggested didn’t fit

Saved me a fortune on a replacement microwave

In December 2025 I needed a replacement washing machine door rubber and was offered a choice of 2, 1 from the manufacturer and the other a pattern part. I chose the cheaper one but on receipt found it to be faulty in that the drain hole hadn't been created properly. I contacted them and asked for a refund as I had made other arrangements. Initially they refused but a month ago agreed. Since then the trail has gone cold, all I get is a copy and paste acknowledgement with the usual 'high number of enquiries' etc. I have received 5 of these so far. It's now almost a month since the last copy & paste and still no refund after over 3 months. I am proposing action in the small claims court but have just found out they don't have a UK base. Their base is in the Netherlands

Product sold was not as described and when filling in return form the website tells me the product cannot be returned.

Since writing the above initial review they have agreed and accepted that the product can be returned and refunded - however they are now refusing to refund the P&P when they sent the wrong item.

Was able to find part to fix washing machine (newdoor ) which was bigger than normal sized door it took four days to arrive but perfect fit would higly reccomend first class service

They were one of the only suppliers to have the part needed in stock. Ordering was easy and the part came quickly and very well packaged. Very pleased with my order.
