Great service I was kept informed and every step of the process would recommend using fixed parts again as the part I got was perfect

Ordered a part on 13th february, never came after waiting a few weeks.
So I got in touch and was told it wasn't in stock and that they had to order it from Holland i believe?
Several weeks later, got in touch again and was told they would investigate and get back to me "as quickly as possible"?
A week and a half later and still no response!!!
This is the worst service/customer service I've ever been so unfortunate to experience!!!
Steer well clear!!!!

Really easy search function, was able to find the part for my Fridge handily enough. Despatched and delivered quickly. Will use again.

Ordered a part in early March, now April and it hasn't arrived yet, when I messaged customer service it takes them 5 or 6 days to reply. Seems they don't have the part even though it showed instock on their website.. avoid at all costs.

I received the bulb I ordered in 2 weeks. It lasted 3 days and blew. I asked for a replacement or a refund but no reply. I emailed a reminder and my email was blocked. They charged me >€20 and my replacement cost me €4.60. I wont be back

Fixpart are good enough in product offering
But poor at facilitating customer returns
A critical factor is their use of GLS for distribution and receipt
I have advised Fixpart that the website of GLS showing depots is highly inaccurate
In fact GLS know this but are happy to have sucker customers floundering ..visiting multiple depots or premises that no longer use GLS (which is not surprising)
But Fixpart you owe it to your customers to offer a service that does actually facilitate returns

Great, quick delivery and issue sorted

Product was good, but the customer service is terrible. I returned a product in January, I received an email confirming they had received the product and I would be refunded in 3 - 5 days, I still have not received this refund and also have had no response after sending two emails to follow up from this. Wouldn't order again.

Ordered from fixpart.ie on Monday, if I’m honest I thought my order would be with me within two days but it arrived on Friday. I assumed it was in Ireland but came from Germany. No big deal really as the part is perfect and the price was very reasonable. I would order from them in the future.

Part doesn't work

Easy site to navigate, good price, extremely fast delivery, would definitely buy from again
