It was a good experience, the site is easy to use and, my flabelus were delivered on the promised date and they are beautiful and comfortable, love them!!

Love my shoes of which I ave several pairs and have bought several pairs as gifts. My only concern has been: my light colored velvet pair got wet when I was caught unexpectedly in the rain and the burgundy dye bled onto the velvet and could not be repaired. Another pairs sole separated and needed repair These things could probably be remedied. Otherwise I live in them

Initially, when I bought the first pair of ballerinas, I needed to change the size. The staff helped me via email and was very helpful. The change was made and I received the new product, one size larger. Now it is comfortable to wear with socks. The quality of your shoes is excellent and the fit is very comfortable. The appearance and the colors are also completely representative of the photos. Congratulations! I was very pleased and I will definitely buy again.

I got a pair in February and felt in love, so I got a different model and color as they look great with any outfit and also got a pair for my mom, for Christmas.

Shoes were really nice but I exchanged them for a bigger size and I ended up receiving them after almost a month. I also had to send an email in order for my second pair to be send

I bought a pair of Wendy, but in two weeks they got damaged. I alredy try to send an email complaning, but the email adrees is not the correct one and I don't know to here I should send it. Could you so be kind and help with this.

They are amazing shoes! The only thing I would do is put more holes on the strap for those like me that have thin feet.

Por el precio que tienen estos zapatos, no debería de tener imperfección. Tenia dos hilos afuera. Por igual tofos ellos deberían de venir con una bolsa de zapatos para así protegerlos.

The customer service is lacking and the shoes are extremely low quality for the price. I had a pair of the Gatz delivered two weeks ago and the stitching is already falling apart. I’m trying to get this sorted with Flabelus but they’re implying that I’ve somehow worn them too often which is ridiculous considering the fact that they’re new

The quality of the shoe , comfort , stylish a great ballet shoe

I bought a pair of shoes from Flabelus that completely lost their shape after being worn fewer than five times. The straps became baggy, the fabric rippled, and the structure collapsed — clearly not normal wear and tear.

When I contacted customer service, they blamed “pressure from the foot during use” rather than acknowledging a fault in the product. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

For the price, I expected far better quality and support. I won’t be buying from Flabelus again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Design is superb but what I tell my friends or the people I gift Flabelus to is that they are the most confortable pair of shoes to wear. Additionally the online experience and the return and online customer service is kind and responsive. I am very happy and I will keep myself as trusted client of Flabelus.

After buying 2 pairs of shoes in size 39 (Mafalda), I order a pair of flippers also 39 and they were too big. I had to pay for the return. The same happened when buying shoes for my daughter. the first pair was size 36 and after buying 2 new pairs the same size, they sere too big, therefore Ii had to change and paid the return. I think that if you want to sell online, you need to make sure that all shoes should fit the same.
