No quería llegar al límite de dejar un comentario malo a una marca pero necesito hacerlo para que le den una solución
Las flabelus de hombres son muy bonitas pero las hacen con una costura o un hilo de muy mala calidad, el precio no es bajo para la calidad tan mala de el calzado.
El primer uso y se descosieron, las cambié y volvió a pasar lo mismo.

Shoes are great.
But packaging came destroyed. Exchanged the items and the new package arrived in worst conditions. The bag looked like it has been used several times, taped and retaped. I was expecting a better presentation/ packaging.
But love the shoes.

I love the Flabelus shoes. I am now on my second pair (the first I bought one year ago and still look good as new, I just wanted another style) and love the styles and comfort. If I had one complaint is that they do require quite a bit of breaking in before they are comfortable to wear (with a few blisters in the process). Once they are broke in, however, they are the most comfortable flats I have owned. I have walked 3 hours across the city of Lisbon and at the end the shoes looked like new and my feet felt great.

These shoes are TINY. Flabelus acknowledges that they run small and that you should size up if you are between sizes. I am usually between a size 10.5 and 11 in the U.S. I ordered a size 11/Euro 42...no way. So uncomfortable and tight. I returned and sized up...the SIZE 12 (Euro 43) is better but still tight.

Also, the size 11 pair I initially received had globs of glue seeping out between the sole and the upper. When I reported this to Flabelus as a significant flaw, they basically said, "Well, all our shoes are handmade and each a special snowflake, so there are bound to be irregularities." I mean, okay, if you say so. But for this much money I'd expect a neater product.

La nueva tienda en Zaragoza es preciosa, cómoda y acogedora. Fui atendida por Emma, responsable de la tienda Flabelus de Hermosilla en Madrid, y resultó una experiencia increíble, tanto por su profesionalidad y excelente asesoramiento como por su amabilidad. Me supo aconsejar lo mejor para mis pies y el modelo que compré sienta como un guante, las Double Georgina. Ya tenía las Mary Jane normales, pero este modelo aún mejor. Terciopelo maravilloso y confección cuidada, además de unas plantillas que hacen que camines como si tuvieras colchones viscoelásticos en los pies :-)

I love this company and love their shoes. I discovered them on a trip to Spain and Portugal. They are elevated and comfortable and are the perfect complements to my outfits. And, when I had an issue with one pair (keep in mind they are hand sewn so may vary), they handled it quickly and allowed me to ship back free of charge. I now have the Mafalda's in 4 colors and wear them daily. I have a couple of fun color and a couple of neutrals. I always receive compliments when I wear them; cannot recommend enough.

I ordered the popular burgundy colour Lucrecia style in 41 which says it is a UK8 according to their size chart. However I found these so small, at least a whole size so I sent back to exchange. The exchange procedure was very easy and quick though and my new size 42 is now perfect! 42 says it is a size UK9 which I have never been in my life, so I can definitely say this style comes small for me. The 41 felt more like a UK7. Hope this helps someone out there!

They never arrive
Nobody give an answer

I made a mistake with the order and asked to cancel 2 minutes after placed I was told I’m I have to wait until I get the shoes, had to wait 2 weeks or so then when I asked for refund I had to pay shipping and extra fees and then got my refund in store credit. I had 4 pairs from you but this incident made me sure I will never return

Missing Paid Order
I received my second order of a single pair of Flabelus Navy size 41 but failed to receive my first order of 3 pairs of Flabelus Yellow/ Black/ Navy. Could you follow up on this delayed delivery please?

Me recuerdan mis zapaticos chinos que compré en USA hace 55 anos ...
con ellos caminé mi adolecencia , mis suenos, amores, alegrías y tristezas..
Flabelus me remonta a esa epoca , me hace sonar y es como si el tiempo no hubiera pasado y todavía tuviera 17 anos!!

I visited the store in Paris and everyone there was so nice and helpful. I love the shoes I purchased and I even bought a few more pairs after I returned home. They are so cute and comfortable and I love all the happy color combinations!
