We love the shoes. I have some and so do my 2 daughter but the cost to return shoes purchased online in the US is too high.

I have not recieved my order.
I've emailed & still have not heard, when i will get it.
They were very nice to arrange an exchange, but they recieved my return in quick time, i've been waiting for weeks

We’ve loved the shoes but disappointed in your customer service. By mistake I ordered 2 pairs shoes exactly same within minutes of each other as it had looked as if my card hadn’t gone through. I notified your team immediately but was informed I couldn’t cancel on sale items once ordered which I accepted. The second pair of shoes arrived late anyway and I went to exchange them for a more expensive pair, paying extra on 25/12. I received various notifications saying these shoes would be late too, I went back and said it is now a problem as my daughter had hoped wear them last night which is 3 weeks after order. I requested another pair fast delivery so she could at least wear this weekend but was told you don’t have funds to do this! Thankfully they did arrive today but not impressed at all!

La calidad y el confort de estas Flabelus son simplemente imbatibles. Además, la atención al cliente es insuperable y hace que toda la experiencia de compra sea muy positiva. Enhorabuena por la profesionalidad y el saber hacer. Un auténtico ejemplo de lo mejor del diseño, la calidad y la calidez humana española.

Es la primera vez que les compro. En la web muy bonitas, cuando las he recibido la decepción ha sido terrible…una horma sin ningún tipo de consistencia….cuando te las pones el slipper se deforma como si fuera una bolsa de plástico. Pagué mucho dinero para unas alpargatas que podría haber comprado en un chino muchísimo más baratos. Y después de ver el horrible departamento de atención al cliente ni siquiera voy a intentar devolverlas. Las utilizaré para estar en casa….pero en ningún caso saldré con ellas a la callle!!!!! Que vergüenza.

Ordered in November, wrong shoes arrived just in time for Christmas! Still no resolution and emails take a week to be answered. Go into a shop (if you can) don’t order online!

Everything was perfect

Love the shoes - received so many compliments and a friend even bought the same pair of Mafaldas that I had on. Staple.

Honestly, I’d give this company a wide berth. They have appalling customer service. I ordered shoes within the window for Christmas delivery and I’m still waiting for the shoes to arrive. They are very poor at responding to emails, replying sporadically with either platitudes or inaccurate information. Taking money and providing no product, making false claims on the website and failing to rectify problems are a massive red flag. Don’t order from them!

Worst online experience ever
I am waiting for my pair since DECEMBER! They don’t reply and don’t want to reimburse me!

I'm a fan of Flabelus! I now own three pairs of Flabelus mary janes. They are darling, comfortable, and I get loads of compliments on them. I am a pretty solid EU39 across the board for most shoe brands. Two of the three pairs of Flabelus flats that I purchased fit perfectly at size 39. However, I had to size up to a EU40 in one pair. This isn't a big deal when I am in the store and can try on the shoes in person. However, the last two pairs that I purchased were bought online. One pair fit perfectly and I could barely get my feet into the other pair. I chose to return the shoe that was too small and exchange for the next size up. I feel this is a quality control issue as the shoes were exactly the same style, just two different colors. This is all good and well until I had to spend $17 to return the shoe that didn't fit and pay another $17 to receive the new pair. This is not the way Americans typically do business with returns, and it could prevent me from purchasing additional Flabelus flats in the future. I feel that exchanges should be free and I should be reimbursed for the exchange/shipping charges. I wish you continued success! Keep up the good work!

The shipping time was very good, and the package arrived in excellent condition. Initially, the footwear I received was not the correct one; I did not cancel the order and purchased a second pair. Unfortunately, the latter arrived without the shoe cover. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to highlight the fast shipping and good package handling

Su servicio al cliente te es lento aparte de que no te ayudan en nada, sus políticas están creadas para su país sin importarles que se han adentrado a otros mercados y se limitan a decir que solo aplica para España.
Creo podría ser que sus políticas fueran más específicas y confirmar para quienes aplican así el consumidor se ahorra un dolor de cabeza

Very slow delivery, over a month and no delivery. Tracking was showing delivery stuck in Spain but now the tracking has stopped working and no reply from Flabelus when emailed directly. The website seems like a UK site but delivery is from Spain and is slow or in our case non existent.

I love Flabelus shoes, the most elegant flats in the world. But delivery is very slow. About a month to the UK. Worth the wait, but surprisingly long. No idea why - both pairs have taken weeks to arrive.

Just bought my 4th pair of these amazing shoes and still am in awe everytime I get to open the wonderful box. It is really a treat for my feet to wear these pieces of art!
