Muy deficiente el descontrol que tienen. En una tienda te dicen una cosa, en la atención al cliente otra totalmente distinta. Por muy bonitas que sean, que lo son, si no tratan al cliente como merece (dejando de contestar a mails), no merecen más que una estrella.

Suite à une erreur de leur part, concernant les heures d'ouverture sur Google, alors que la vendeuse rentait dans son magasin à 10h45, elle m'a laissé attendre devant la porte déliberement pendant 15 minutes.
lorsque j'ai pu rentrer dans le magasin, elle ne m'a pas adressé la parole, ni même une excuse, et a préféré qu'une de ses collègue s'occupe de moi

I love these shoes! The exchange process is extremely expensive though. Make sure you know your size before buying, otherwise you’re paying $30 shipping to return and another $30 for the new ones.
Ordered a pair on the 12th December…
Ordered a pair on the 12th December with 5-7 day delivery. It’s now Christmas Eve and the shoes are still at the first point of travel.
Customer service has been completely useless, response is slow and not factual information just a lot of ifs and buts. No offer of resolution and they pick and choose whether they are working on business days or calendar days to suit their needs. I can’t say anything for the quality of the shoes as they haven’t arrived. If I’m lucky and they ever turn up and I am at home I shall be refusing delivery as per their suggestion to avoid the returns process I will likely be required to pay for which I will dispute profusely should I need to.
I love the look of the shoes but I won’t be bothering to re order.
I’m not unreasonable and completely appreciate delays happen but the lack any kind of customer service or accountability is disgraceful.

Unacceptable delivery (or lack of)
I ordered shoes for Christmas gifts on 30 November, plenty of time for them to arrive but i am sitting here on 23 Dec, with no gifts for my daughters. Extremely disappointed and very cross.
It’s been 3 weeks and shoes haven’t arrived
I’ve received a few emails now asking me to review the shoes, but I can’t because it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered them and they’ve still not arrived. I’ve been advised by customer service that they will arrive before Christmas, but I’d rather just have a refund at this point.

I discovered Flabelus while in Madrid. I bought 2 pairs but one hadn’t arrived from the other store and I was leaving the next day. They made it happen!
During the sale, I ordered 2 more pairs and they arrived in a timely fashion with all the tracking information.

Great Shoes
I love the product, and after ordering it shipped out quickly. My only issue is that the return process is not as seamless / easy as some other retailers. I had to exchange one pair as I ordered the wrong color and the process took quite a long time and I think maybe was forgotten about until I reached out to see what the status was and why it was taking so long. I am also concerned as I purchased many of these as holiday gifts that if the recipients want to exchange for a different size / color, they are going to have a hard time doing so since I ordered these on the early side of the holidays to ensure I had them all by Christmas, and it will be outside of the return window. But all in all, my experience has been good and the shoes are fabulous! Hopefully if anyone needs to exchange for different size or color, they will be able to do so, despite being outside the return window/ exchange window since they were holiday gifts.
