Sorry you felt yourr e-Nrg Fuel order was slow. We do advise 5-10 working days, and your delivery was within this window.
We are working to get fuel shipments out sooner, so we do hope to see you again.

Hi Gerald,
Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay to your delivery.

Your e-Nrg fuel order was placed on 6th January, and the expected delivery timeframe as outlined on the product page is 5–10 working days. Unfortunately, due to a delay at our supplier’s dispatch stage, your order missed the Friday deadline and is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

We’ve sent your tracking details privately so you can follow the delivery, and we sincerely apologise that this was not as prompt as it should have been.

We appreciate your patience and hope the delivery arrives safely tomorrow. If there’s anything further we can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
