Charlotte is amazing. I have bought her designs for my Tripp Trapp as soon as she released them. A cushion, 3 mats, bibs, bowls and more. All fantastic quality. I have used them daily, even put them in the washing machine🤣 and now in need of new which doesn’t surprise me. Saved so much clean up! Highly recommend. Great service

I purchased the croissant cushion cover for the Stokke TripTrap, it fits well and my baby seems to be comfy when sitting on it 😊

There were some delays with the shipping of my items and initially I struggled to get a response from customer services. However, once I was able to speak with the team, the issue was resolved. The items themselves are lovely and look exactly as pictured on the website.

Amazing service from Charlotte! I have ordered a range of products from her website which arrived next day! I really love the long sleeved bibs as they come in so many beautiful designs and keep my baby from getting dirty during weaning! The spinner keeps my baby occupied while I make her lunch and she loves the foodie feeder as well! Will be purchasing the whole shop! Amazing customer service and really happy with my purchases!

Charlotte has been so helpful with the entire ordering process! I'm ordering all the way from Australia and she went above and beyond to help me get the high chair cushions of my dreams!!! The shopping still only took about a week even coming all the way from the UK. The covers are incredible, when I saw them I had to have them! Will be telling everyone about Grey Fox Designs 🥰

I ordered the blueberry cushion cover with a matching blue placement and oak leg wraps and I am so impressed! The colours are gorgeous and go with our kitchen so beautifully ☺️ the customer service was faltless and very speedy delivery! Very happy customer and a real glow up for our IKEA highchair

I’ve ordered from greyfox for both of my youngest children and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They provide everything you need for your baby’s weaning journey and the ikea highchair accessories make my high chair look trendy and modern in my kitchen.

Gorgeous products, totally tranformed my highchair! Lovely business owner to deal with, prompt with communication. As a fellow Mum running a business I know the juggle and this lady is smashing it!

Amazing products, quick delivery. I have both the Stokke and IKEA Antilope hair hair for guests with little ones and they make the products not only look better but are 100% more comfortable for little ones.

The products appear to be good (although I’m yet to use them) but customer service is practically nonexistent.
I placed an order for myself on 1st August then an order (to a different address) for a friend on 3rd.
Considering the website said mine would be despatched on 4th and theirs would be despatched on 7th. By the 8th I still hadn’t received any update on the orders. I reached out to the company and they explained they’re a small business (fine although surely can’t be that small if they have a massive following and are recommended in high profiles places) and that they had a holiday and only just got back. I understand small businesses need a break but I suggested next time they update their website to explain that as I only know there was delays because my order hadn’t moved a week later.
They reassured me that my order was being despatched that day (8th). I received one tracking number but was told both orders were despatched. So I assumed that was an issue with my emails or something and that both orders were on their way.
On 11th August my order turns up, but at my friends house?! So I’ve had to arrange collecting my order from them! Which, with a baby, is hard to “just go and do”. I messaged them on Instagram and was met with excuses. Then I was told that both orders were in the same package (they weren’t) and that’s why I only received one tracking and why my order went to my friends house. They were two separate orders with two separate delivery addresses and two separate delivery charges paid!
I told them that my friends order wasn’t even in the parcel and she told me it was. Luckily I had proof that it wasn’t and luckily I live close to my friend because I can’t imagine what would have happened if I lived at opposite ends of the country. After going back and forth, they said they’d “resend” my friends order (which was never sent in the first place). As on 14th we’re still waiting on it to arrive so we’ll see if that goes to the correct address

Constant excuses and accusations. No apology. No “gesture of goodwill” considering I had to use time and fuel to collect my own order that was sent to the wrong place! and also, the fact they claimed they sent both orders in one package to one of the addresses but then didn’t refund the delivery of one of the orders is unethical. They didn’t even ask if I wanted both orders to the same address!

recently got the inflataboost and oh wowe it’s a game changer , it comes everywhere with us this amazing product inflates and deflates in seconds!! no spending ages setting this up, comes on coffee dates with us & will be taking this on holiday! it’s something every mama needs in their changing bag , I’m obsessed with all our products from greyfox designs a fantastic company!

We recently tried out the Inflataboost for my toddler who is 2.5 and we absolutely love it as does he! It’s a great little compact product that I’ll be able to keep in my handbag and will be so handy when we’re abroad as you can also use it in the water. Great price point for such a great idea. Thanks GreyFox Designs!

I have ordered several things from Grey Fox designs over the last few months. First off my orders have always been dispatched on day of ordering and been delivered next day which is amazing and really good service. Second the products are beautifully designed and there are lots of choices. The quality of the products is great, the foot rest is sturdy solid wood with a nice finish. I love the leg wraps too. We also have the wipeable Cushion cover and tray cover they really make cleaning after meals a lot easier and both look great. I did have the IKEA cover but with it being fabric my little one would smush food into cover and got dirty fast. Would definitely recommend buying a Wipeable cushion cover from Grayfox designs.

I’ve purchased several items from Greyfox Designs and have genuinely loved every single one of them.

All of our highchair accessories have been flawless. Not only are they functional, but they also match the aesthetic of our home, which is such a bonus when baby items start to take over the space!

The quality truly stands out compared to other brands I’ve tried. Everything is so easy to wipe clean and wash—they still look as good as new.

We’ve been on a journey with Greyfox since we started weaning at 6 months, and now we’re using the Inflataboost, which I absolutely LOVE. I even bought the Ditsy Meadow for my sister’s 3-year-old after she tried ours and was impressed.

I’ll definitely be saving and shopping here again when it’s time for baby number two. 🤞

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour of one of my items and it was very quickly resolved over Instagram messenger. Decided to order some more products and they’ve have been shipped the same day. Excited for them to arrive 😊

The different designs available are beautiful and go perfectly in every home, we first started using their high chair placemats in 2021 with our first child and when I fell pregnant again I knew I would be buying again.

They are long lasting and so easy to clean.

I have recently bought the a messy mat which will be getting lots of use over the summer!
