I had a wonderful experience with this company- when I ordered some screens for my flat, I didn't have the time to put them up and about 2 months after my purchase, I tried to put them up just to realise they didn't fit. I emailed hoping that If I returned the unused one, I could get a discount on a new one maybe- after all it had been so long. But in under 20 minutes I got a response saying they were happy to replace my screens with the adjusted measurements, for free! I sent my ones back to them and they sent the new ones to me after much back and forth as I had many questions. Now they're up and the breeze has been wonderful now its getting hot! My cats love it and can enjoy the outside a little more safely now

Fantastic product! Helps keep my 3 cats safe from jumping out of the windows. We have had too many escapes last year. Thankfully as soon as I put the flat cat netting up 6 months ago, to 3 of my windows I was rest assured. Have had no more cat escapades.
The nets also keeps the bugs out in the summer.
I am a returning customer and am buying more for my downstairs windows. I have also recommended it to others.

It takes you through step by step how to measure your windows, we followed the flow chart found the correct sizing for our windows and ordered. They arrived two days later and its great to have the windows open fully again!

Really clear guidance on how/what to order. I have some for some french doors and an ordinary window and both have lasted well with 2 cats. One kept clawing it for the 1st couple of days but then gave up as she wasn't going to get through. Have had them for 4 months now and they've given us much needed summer breezes through the house without having to worry about the cats getting out. Unexpected bonus is the lack of summer insects flying in.

Very efficient, friendly staff (especially Sharni) and prompt delivery - just 2 days from order to receipt. The nets themselves are of excellent quality and very easy to install.

These cat screens are an excellent product. Well made, high quality, mine have lasted for two years even with the cats launching themselves at the mesh and trying to climb it, there are no tears.
Easy to install with one person. You can call and speak to someone prior to purchase if you have any issues.
