Betrügerisches Unternehmen. Abofallen, Fake-Inserate, Fake-Inserenten... lasst die Finger davon!

Obwohl ich ein Flatfox Priority abgeschlossen habe wird dieses in meinem Profil nicht angezeigt, in Rechnung gestellt jedoch trotzdem. Der Kundensupport geht nicht auf das Problem ein, schickt nur Standardfloskeln oder antwortet gar nicht mehr. Das ist absolut unprofessionell und schlicht Betrug.

The platform uses very reassuring language around the 7-day trial, which made me feel like I could safely try the service just to contact one person. Given how high CHF 30 is, I genuinely thought this amount covered the full 6 month period, not that it would be charged every month.

I missed the cancellation window and then suddenly, I’m facing around CHF 180 in charges just for contacting a single person early (an artificial product). They absolutely go out of their way to make that pricing as unclear as possible. That feels completely disproportionate for what is effectively a communication swindle between 2 willing parties.

I take responsibility for not cancelling in time, but the pricing and commitment were not made clear. The whole experience feels like a scam that would not be allowed in the EU.

After one successful search I keep getting error messages with any additional searches. Clearing the cache works for a little bit, but then the error message comes again. It doesn't matter what browser I use either (Chrome or Edge).

Ce logiciel Flatfox est vraiment nul : il impose un abonnement de six mois sans en avertir le client, et envoie chaque mois des e-mails de relance comme s'il s'agissait de bandits.

The Flatfox software is absolutely terrible. It forces users into a six-month subscription without notifying them, and then sends emails every month hounding them like bandits.

flatfox.ch wirkt auf mich alles andere als seriös. Sehr viele fragwürdige oder mutmasslich betrügerische Inhalte, unnötig kompliziertes Melden, ein dubios wirkendes Abomodell und dazu extrem viel Spam. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Plattform, die eher Misstrauen als Vertrauen schafft.

Da ist die Jamba Abo Falle von damals im vergleich noch heilig. Flatfox? 6 monate a 30.-

Very upsetting experience.

I was charged CHF 29.95 per month and then told Flatfox Priority had a mandatory 6-month minimum term with no early cancellation.
What makes this especially unfair is that in Switzerland, unpaid debts can become a serious problem if they are formally enforced, including possible consequences for your "Betreibungsauszug".

That can matter later for things like renting a flat, getting credit, and even some job applications where a debt enforcement extract may be requested.
Because of that, this did not feel like a normal subscription dispute. It felt like being pressured to keep paying to avoid future problems. In my opinion, such a restrictive commitment should have been made much clearer from the start.

Be extremely careful before signing up. Read every condition closely, especially the minimum term and cancellation rules.

Ich erhalte dauernd mails von denen, obwohl ich nur kurz eine wohnung auf der seite angeschaut habe und nirgends meine mail eingetippt habe. Mag ich gar nicht!

Yes I did too fall in the scam of the priority deal, I can see this pattern is for every one using Flatfox, how can that be legal something is not right…it costed me 200 CHF over 6 months and no escape…I came from abroad and struggled a bit finding place to live, I succeeded using other method…but no other app was fraud like Flatfox, if they where good people behind Flatfox they would fix this robbery from people…

Flatfox is a well-structured platform and easy to use.
However, the 7-day trial of Flatfox Priority converts automatically into a 6-month paid subscription if not cancelled during the trial period, and early termination is not possible.
Homegate is much more transparent.

als ich eine anfrage geschrieben habe warum ich auf 100 bewerbungen nur auf ca 30 eine antwort bekomme sei es eine absage wird nicht reagiert.
ausbeutung der mieter zu gunsten von Flatfox.

Das "Probeabo" wurde nicht gekündigt, obwohl ich die benötigten Schritte eingeleitet hatte. Nun muss ich 6 Monate ganze 30.- bezahlen, weil ein früheres Kündigen "nicht machbar sei".
Sehr schade, wäre nicht nötig, die User so über den Tisch zu ziehen.

Ich musste das Testabo nehmen um einen Inserent zu kontaktieren, die mir nie antworteten. Statt wie erwartet einen Monat, wurde es ganze 6 Monate verlängert. Nun als ich es kündigen wollte, wurde ich sogar gezwungen ein Häkchen zu setzen, dass ich das akzeptieren würde. Sehr unehrlich.

They automatically extend the premium subscription without proper customer consent and lock you in for another 6 months. Every month you get charged 30 CHF for absolutely nothing, and there is no option to shorten or cancel this period.

They are clearly taking advantage of the very difficult housing market situation. This is unethical and scandalous. Avoid this company!

Be careful,
After cancelling the free trial they are still sending invoices and asking for payments .
