The only place you should be buying…

The only place you should be buying your vape juice and or mixing supplies. I’ve saved hundreds of pounds by using Flavour Boss! BOSS SHOTS ARE LIFE.

We attempted to call to notify you of an item that we could not fulfil. A voicemail message was left, I hope that this was received? I can see that a refund was issued earlier this month as we hadn't received a reply from our previous attempts to contact you.

Good, but?

Service spot on 5 star, as for the juice I was recommended 1 star! Grape something or other is one to avoid!! Ewk! I’ll look elsewhere for a decent grape.

I had to pay over 50€ because there…

I had to pay over 50€ because there were not enough infos gives so the customs office took it out.

Dear Mohamad,

We identified an issue with DHL's system failing to submit our shipments correctly. We've now removed their services from our website.

This issue was causing some of our customers to pay extra duties at customs, or having their parcels rejected. We've since moved to UPS and are no longer having problems.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you'd like us to investigate this for you, please reach out to sales@flavour-boss.co.uk. Although we're not able to request that DHL refund your money, we can provide you with the submitted documentation so you have everything you need to start a claim with their team and customs.
