Gone downhill a little but still good

Been a customer for a few years but seem to have gone downhill a little lately.
Often not got decent size VG so have to buy smaller more expensive bottles, no packs of 12 nics so have to get singles which works out more expensive (packs of 12s are literally 12 singles in a bag) and dispatch has slowed from pretty much always next day to the best part of a week.
Still have a great range of juices and the quality is always good, but for the first time in years I have had to buy from elsewhere.

Hey Dean!

Thank you for your review and loyalty over the past few years.

We're currently only offering Vegetable Glycerine in smaller quantities, because we're no longer stocking it in larger batches. This is primarily due to the huge price increase we've seen from suppliers for VG and PG. Unfortunately, it's a decision that we've had to make, as we hate increasing our prices!

Our 12 & 100 packs of nicotine shots have been in stock for a while now. We temporarily placed them out of stock a few months ago, while we waited on some Nicotine to arrive. It might have been around the time you placed your order?

Dispatch times are the same as they've been since 2017 (1 - 3 Working Days). However, we usually send orders the next day, provided the flavours don't need to be manufactured. We also offer multiple delivery options to help speed up the time a package is in transit. We're currently sending orders Next Day, except Saturday's, Sunday's and Monday's (as we're playing catch-up from the weekend).

Unfortunately, we were forced to increase our prices due to the current climate. This isn't something we wanted to do, as we like to keep our prices as low as possible.

Dispatch times are the same as they've been since 2017 (1 - 3 Working Days). However, we usually send orders the next day, provided the flavours don't need to be manufactured. We also offer multiple delivery options to help speed up the time a package is in transit.

We're always looking to improve our services, and we will aim to rectify any problems that customers have with the level of service they have received.

Excellent company

Excellent company, the only place I buy my juice from in the last 4 years. Always helpful and sort any problems asap. I never leave reviews but flavour boss deserves one, keep doing what your doing 👍

Expensive but good.

Quick delivery and quite reliable. Prices are not cheap at all considering what goes into it.

Got an incorrect order once in two and a half years and it was quickly rectified.

Best in their field

Easily the best and cheapest option I’ve come across. Juices are always flavoursome and of the highest quality. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. Boss. Shots are the way forward
