My order was missing a couple of pieces and they dealt with it so quickly and professionally I was amazed. Customer service is so often non-existent in today's world and I was truly impressed.

The Flexi Garden Frames satisfied our veggie and fruit tree needs very well. We placed a couple of orders. The frames were very flexible and easy to set up. Nets were strong. Frames were stable. Delivery was prompt. We messaged several questions which were replied to promptly and in detail.

The delivery was quick and within the promised timeframe. The frame itself was easy to assemble and is a strong structure so there’s been no issue during particularly windy days. The netting is generous and covers the frame very well and fully protects the tree and surrounding ground. Overall I’m incredibly happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Could you be a little more flexible in your choice of parts? I would have liked a little extra height and was willing to pay extra but what we got was adequate for the tree.

The angled cuts on the tubing and elbows are not compatible.

When I first received the package I discovered that it wouldn’t fit the raised garden bed that they were intended for. However, after emailing flexi garden frames, their quick response provided sound advice which set me back on track and they were fitted in no time. We love these frames and have since purchased extra legs to extend the height as our tomatoes took off and grew much taller than anticipated. They are easy to put together, they can be used differently depending on the garden bed size, they can be adapted to the type of plants grown and the additional accessories such as the netting clamps make covering, and therefore protecting, the plants a breeze!

Yeah there ok. But the commercial on the tv gives you a bum steer. Needs to come with netting !!!

Easy to order, good communications, product does what the box says :)

Firstly the complete kit did not arrive which meant I could not erect the cover for my fruit tree on the day. Secondly the structure keeps blowing over and twisting. I have re set it up more than 4 times.
