Ease of Use

Very fast delivery from time of…
Very fast delivery from time of purchase to items being delivered.
The only improvement that I can suggest would be to make the frames better against bending. Each item is just that little too flexible and tends to bend too much in the heat of a hot day. In saying that, it is a great product and does what it is made to do.

Flexifames is an absolutely horrible product…
In reply to your incredibly rude response below this is the exact wording copied and pasted from the email sent to you Thursday 8/8/24 "Thank you too for offering an alternative, but I'm also not very happy with the product itself. I found it to be very flimsy when I put it together yesterday, and we do get extremely strong winds here, right next to the sea, so I doubt it would stand up to the conditions here. Also the tubes are differing wall widths, and some of the fittings slide on and off too easily and are very loose, on the thinner walled pipes, and other thicker walled pipes the fittings get totally stuck and I cant get them off again, I'm really not happy with this altogether and would like to ask again for a refund please."....I may not have used the word faulty but I think you can understand that from the above wording...
"Flexifames is an absolutely horrible product. The cost is excessive but the product is extremely unsightly and the components of the frame are very cheap and flimsy. It barely holds up even without any wind. I received faulty components which I clearly stated in correspondence to flexiframes, as well as stating they were too big anyway...and the company flat out refused to refund me and instead offered me extra joint components which of course didn’t solve the problem of the faulty product itself. Horrible to deal with, very unreasonable and rude. Admittedly I didn't open the boxes for several months after receiving them, but how was I to know the product would be faulty. All the pipes making up the frames are different internal widths, so some joints fit very loosely and therefore the frames are literally falling over. Apparently according to the owner just watching the video he sent about constructing the frames would make his frames suddenly not faulty anymore.(he thinks his customers are stupid) Of course anyone can work out how to construct a frame. Better to save yourself the grief and not deal with this company.

As with your emails to me Sharon, you appear to have edited your comments above so they now do not reflect what you initially raised with me, 6 months after you received the products. At no stage had you ever mentioned faulty product. If you had, we would have sent you product to replace any of the faulty items.

Hi Sharon. It is no good that you are unhappy, and as you can see from the majority of comments below, we try very hard to ensure our customers are happy. However, this is by no means a straightforward situation.
Firstly, it has to be mentioned that you had the products for 6 months before you made contact with us, at which stage you advised that the frames were too big for your space. I came back to you saying that as the product is modular you can change the size to fit, and even though it had been 6 months, I was happy to send you at no charge the components you would need to reduce the size of the frames to fit.
You then came back and said that even though you had not used the frame, you felt they would not work. I sent you a video on how to put them up, and also one of the frames being used in 40km winds, to reassure you that the frames do work.
You then came back and started to threaten social media repercussions.
Amongst all the various 'issues' you raised with us, at no stage did you mention the products were faulty. The frames are certainly not flimsy nor cheap, everything being manufactured here in Australia to Australian standards.
In the end Sharon we heard nothing from you for 6 months, and when we did, we responded with offers to provide you at no cost components you could use to make the frames fit your garden space. All we asked was for you to send the size you needed so we could give you the correct components. This you did not respond to preferring the above option.
Easy and quick
The Flexi Garden frames are really easy to use and they arrived very quickly after ordering.

It is a shame that Trust Pilot has moved from a legitimate platform for real customers to review products, to a place that condones free, abusive and threatening speech. This review and score is made by someone that is not a customer and has had no dealings with our company. Trust Pilot will not remove it, even with the profanities and threats, which is a shame as it distorts the experiences of those that wish to make a contribution.
Maybe Barry, if you were to concentrate your efforts on the Supermarkets, fast food chains and large retail stores, that spend millions of times more than this small startup Australian business does, you would get more support and sympathy. But bullies always prefer to attack those that are small.
