Great concept
The actual concept is great and our frame sits nicely. A few months on and the only problem is a few of the clips, that hold the netting onto the posts, don't stay on and a few have fallen off in the wind. Maybe the sun affects them as they lose their tightness. We've used clothesline pegs in an effort to hold the netting together. Maybe something for you to look at improving or trying something other than plastic.

Re the clamps. The clamps can actually stretch. Often netting or protective cloth is too big and customers fold it over so that excess is not falling all around. The clamps will stretch to cover that extra bulk, which is good. However, they do not shrink back and stay at that stretched size, so if you then use them on a thinner layer, they will be loose. One trick is to put one clamp inside the other, and that helps firm them up again.

Totally scammed for over $200+
Totally scammed for over $200+. Ordered 20/4 .. promised confirmation text .. didn't come .. monies went out of Visa and when tried to contact company 9 days later the Captcha icon spiralled and no phone number for backup. Absolute nightmare trying to get my money back or contacting company .. their online email is a total joke!

Hi there Gayle, thanks for this feedback, although I am struggling a little to understand what has occurred, but it does sound as if you are having some technical issues with your computer.
As far as we can see from the Aust Post tracking, your order is sitting at your local post office waiting to be picked up.
You ordered on Sat 20th, Aust Post picked it up on Monday 22, they tried to delivery it on the 29th but couldn't and left a card advising that it is at the local post office. Considering there was a public holiday amongst that, your order was delivered in 5 working days, which is not too bad for Aust Post.
Reviewing all our emails, we have had none in from you today, or as far as I can see ever.
As far as wanting your money back, our policy is clear and you can return the product in good time, in the original packaging, and we will refund your money back to your card. That said however, from what the tracking is saying, you have not even picked the order up yet, so it is hard to understand what is wrong with it.
You have not provided us with an email address, so please email me. Our email address is at the bottom of every website page under the heading contact us. Just let me know what the issue is with the product yet to be collected and I will try to rectify it for you.

Hi Les - thanks for your feedback. I am a little unclear as to the issue you are having. To connect the components, you just push and twist them together, to take them apart, you just pull and twist. This also allows you to swing the legs to make the frame narrower or wider as required to fit the bed.
Once the frame is made up, it then sits in the garden bed. In a raised bed the legs are pushed into the corners, which keeps it all in place. If it is just sitting on the ground, like the tree frames, them the leg spikes are used to keep it in position.
Is that what you are refereeing to when you say spin?

Good concept for a frame ova fruit…
Good concept for a frame ova fruit trees but I found once you build them up to 2 meters the frame twists out of shape. I think a clip in system much like an awning pole would help stop the frame from twisting. I also found the frame to be quite expensive and when I ordered the extensions they arrived without the connections which I had to buy separately. This was rather frustrating. I think upon purchasing extensions they should come with the connectors. Over all a great concept and works well just needs a few mods. Thanks.

I note that you did buy a range of kits and individual accessories to build a frame. We do have a specific tree frame, that uses less parts to make a large frame, which makes the frame more stable, and I am happy to help you with one of those for your tree. If that would help, please contact me and I can sort something out for you re that.
We do have a lot of different parts and components, and it is difficult to provide every part we have with each order, especially as many customers already have some of the components. However, we do make it very clear at the shop, what is included in each kit.

Hi Brad, apologies for the delay in responding to this, but I have been travelling all week.
Certainly, the frame is meant to move with the wind, If the connections are too tight, like the rigging on a ship, strong winds can snap them, so it is designed to move and sway as required. However, this does not impact the effectiveness, and the frame remains upright and intact, which sounds as if that is the case for you.

Starter kit is missing lots of bits as a starter kit
I purchased a starter kit and didn't find it helpful that there were no ground spikes, rope to stop the legs flaying outwards, no netting or netting clips contained in this pack. The frame was difficult to put up on my own as the legs would keep twisting sideways. I can't say that I am a huge fan. The ads make it look like they are a great thing and have everything that you would need. I still had to purchase netting and hook up a way to stop the legs twisting.

Hi Amanda, thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Being a modular product, there are many different parts and accessories that we offer, and it is not viable to provide all of those in each kit. The Starter Kit is just that, a frame that can be used in small garden beds, just so customers can get use to how the product works. We do make it very clear however, what components are included in each kit, on the product page, before you purchase.
Re the netting, most of our customers are gardeners, and already have netting, so we don't include this automatically with the kits, but again, we are very clear about that in the product pages.
These are flexible frames, and the legs are designed to move on the elbows, allowing you to adjust the width and length of the frame to suit the garden bed. However, once you have decided on the size, and put it in the bed - normally on the soil, pushed down and onto the corners of the bed, the frame becomes stable.
I am happy to help with your set up Amanda, and if you send me a photo of it, I will come back to you with some suggestions.

Idea is good however not enough practical thought!
I wrote a review before and was subsequently asked to take photos however I'm not wasting my time with a product that should have been designed and tested much more thoroughly before releasing. Especially for large frame requirements!
The cost is over the top for the type of product that also requires many extra parts beyond a kit.

Thanks for your comments. I think you can see from the 90%+ of reviews, that in the vast majority of cases our customers, that use the frames across the wide range of gardening needs, including using them over fruit trees, enjoy working with them and achieve good success.
I do realise, that like gardens, every frame is set up differently and exposed to different conditions, some more extreme than others, and that in some cases extra direction may be helpful when setting them up. This is why I asked for a photo, so I could see how and where your frame was set up, to help you address the issue you were having.
As far as testing - the frames have been thoroughly tested, and again you can see from the vast majority of reviews that customers get very good use out of them. Certainly, the product is modular, and as such many customers do purchase individual components so they can bespoke a frame to fit their needs. It is obvious from what you write that you are unhappy with the product, and again I am happy to help you rectify that, but I can't really do that unless I can see what has been set up and how. So if you do want to try and resolve this, please send me the photo so I can help you address the issue.

Not strong enough
The plastic frame is certainly flexi as advertised but to the extent that it bends and twists badly and is worse when you put a net on it, I found it over priced especially when you have to buy the net seperate

The frame is meant to sway in the wind, this

If you make the structure too rigid, then like rigging that is too tight on a ship, things can start to snap.
We do make it very clear that netting is sold separately. As many of our customers are gardeners and already have netting, we feel it is best not to automatically include that, and the extra cost of it with the kits.
I am very happy to help with your frame if I can, and to that end if you can send me through a photo of the setup, I will come back to you with any thoughts on how you could improve it.
