Wish I could rate 0. They are a scam. Never received my patella bands and their website doesn't work to track the order or contact anyone. Then looked at my account and just like others, they made fraudulent charges to my account two more times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Complete bullshit company. Fraud fraud fraud

I couldn’t put -0 as it’s not an option. I purchased. Patellar Support Strap For Knee Pain and Tendonitis. I was firstly overcharged saying it was in US dollars so I let it go then it never arrived I emailed and the bounced back then checked payment had gone through to find multiple payments taken and increased to over £200 and found they are a scam

Charged $9.99 for product and never received it then charged $49.99 and $149.99 for "subscription" that I never signed up for..Notified customer service and was told refund in 7 to 10 days..never happened..notified bank and a now there is Undeliverable email" from this company..

This company is a scammm!!!
Do not buy!!!! Everything is wrong with this company! Do not be fooled! No explanation needed just see the reviews, wish I could have seen before being a victim, good thing my credit card company can recover my money back! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I wish I could give this 1000 negative stars!!! please do not order from this company!!! I have never received my knee straps and I was billed $49.99 and an additional $149.99 without my approval. I checked out on Apple Pay and did not approve any additional charges. They say they will refund you and they don’t and then they just start replying to you when you request to speak with them!!

I never got the product.
They gave a fake tracking and charged $49.99 fraudulently and attempted to charge on a daily basis.
Emails started bouncing back and no support and no product received. It's a fake scammer from China.

I would give them a zero if I f could. I bought it off Instagram for $9.99 then the charged me $49.99 and I had to email them to get that back and I got that back but then a couple days later they charged me $149.99 on March 15th and they said I would get my money back in 2 to 3 days. It's March 30th and they are no longer taking my emails. Every email I send them gets returned by Gmail because they don't have a support line anymore, and I never even received my knee wraps.the stole $160 from me and I think Instagram should also be capablefor not checking who they let sell stuff on there site.

The company is Flex Wrap and this is a Fraudulent company that charges you for products and never sends them and then they charge you for some type of Lifetime Guarantee and charge your credit card 49.99$ !
If this happens to you, file a credit Dispute with your credit card company

Never received my item, company will not respond to emails. Signed up for $50 per month subscription without my consent. Needed to file dispute with my credit card company with this scam service f a company.

Please do not order from this company. They are a scam! I placed and when i tried to communicate with the company to get a delivery update, their website no longer exists. i was charged the initial $9.99 for the order, then the following week was charged another $49.99, and then a few days later was charged another $149.99 I called my bank and refunded my money.

What a total POS company this is! Never received my flex wrap straps , but they kept asking how I liked them? 1000% scam!! Dont order from them. No customer service number to call. Then I see they charged me 49.99 and 149.99 on the same credit card that I paid 14.99 for straps I never got! Luckily my credit card co. reversed the charges...

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER FOLKS THAT TRIED TO GET THEIR KNEE BRACES AND DIDN'T! THEN THEY STEAL ANOTHER $50 BUCKS FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP ON TOP OF THE $10 BUCKS FOR THE NON EXISTING KNEE BRACES! I WAS TOLD BY MY CREDIT UNION THAT I'LL NEVER SEE MY MONEY'S AGAIN! FLEXWRAP IS A TOTAL FRAUDULENT SCAM, DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

Like everyone else got scammed and charged for a membership that I never agreed too. Says when you buy lifetime guarantee £0.00 yet they charge you a membership for it. Contacted them and got a reply saying I would be refunded in 3 working days. 3 days passed, and they said it would take 7 working days. Contacted bank and they have refunded the money.
I actually received the item just never signed up for any membership and there is nothing stating anything about a membership!!

100% a scam. I bought the $29 product and with days I was charged $49 and then $149 for subscriptions I did not sign up for. When I emailed them I got the standard "you didn't see the fine print" lie. I had to file a dispute with my credit card and according to the SHOP app, these are RECURRING charges that will go through every month if you don't watch your account. I hope they choke on the money they have stolen from people.

I ordered the flexstrap on the 6th March. I had no communication or confirmation on when my parcel would arrive. When I tried to track the parcel I got a blank page.
I put a hold on my card and rang the bank.
Do not buy from these people they don't exist.
Then I received an email asking me to rate the strap which never came. Scammed!!
