We work with businesses of all sizes and types to provide them with a "buy now, pay later" customer financing platform, so that they can offer their clients an alternative way to pay. When a customer applies for financing, the application is sent to up to 30 personal lenders on our platform, and decisions are returned immediately. With such a large number of lenders means not only better odds of pre-approved offers, but also potentially a wide variety of offers to choose from depending on what best fits the customer's needs. This review was made after just one application was submitted through this merchant containing inaccurate information and was for a very large amount. It's uncertain how this merchant can come to the conclusion that no one gets approved, which is obviously false, based on this lone application. I suppose that if the application was approved, she would have concluded that everyone gets approved, which is equally false.

This is NOT the program that we signed up and paid for. Please don't waste your time or MONEY with this company. We were flat out lied to.

Hello, I'm sorry for any confusion, but you signed up for 2 programs: our direct-to-consumer and direct-to-merchant solutions. The DTC program is available immediately, the DTM program takes 1-2 weeks to activate after you sign up. That is the reason you do not have the DTM program yet. I'm surprised by this review because we explained this to you before enrollment, and we have been in active communication with you to set up the DTM program since the day your account was activated (3 days ago). This process and timeline are also stated on our merchant application which was completed for your company to enroll. I'm sorry if this was misunderstood, but it was discussed on our multiple calls and is in bold print on our enrollment application.

This is a bit of a scam to get $300 from business owners. Once they get you, it is the most time consuming approval process in the industry. I can't recommend this service.

You only enrolled with us a week ago and submitted six applications. I assure you that you will experience success if you continued using it. The application process was easy enough. Time will tell whether this will be beneficial to my clients. I will update this review at a later date.
