Process was fast and easy

Throughout the process, everyone was kind and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't know what all questions to ask, and they didn't volunteer the rather high origination fee (whatever they called it) nor did the exorbitant interest rate, which is higher than I was paying on any of the debt I was trying to get lowered, come up until the final "sign these documents" was done.

Everything was explained to me in detail.

The customer service experience was great. The reason for the low score is the high interest rate. $5k interest on a 10k loan is insane! I have a very good credit score which makes this more disappointing.

Great customer service. My husband was dealing with colon cancer etc and I work graveyard shift. They showed great patience in setting things up with all that was going on. I will definitely spread the good word about there amazing company.

Think some that I’ve talked to already are lacking a little knowledge & professionalism. More like you are speaking to a debt collector & have not completely received the loan. Also get a text to set up my portal, doesn’t work, so I called them. Have to wait a week. Why send text if it’s not up & running.
