We work with businesses of all sizes and types to provide them with a "buy now, pay later" customer financing platform, so that they can offer their clients an alternative way to pay. When a customer applies for financing, the application is sent to up to 30 personal lenders on our platform, and decisions are returned immediately. With such a large number of lenders means not only better odds of pre-approved offers, but also potentially a wide variety of offers to choose from depending on what best fits the customer's needs. Businesses don't need to lose a customer because they don't have enough cash to pay for what is being sold. With Flexxbuy's financing options, everything becomes affordable.

Quick & Easy

The onboarding process was quick and easy to navigate. I was able to complete the process and begin offering financing to my customers within hours, of setting up my account. I would highly recommend the service. 5 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great merchant support.

The interest rate was comparable to clients' credit. California's interest rates are high. Spoke with the Business relations manager to help me help our clients qualify. Great conversation.

Incomplete information/Unwillingness to work with me

The plan sounded nice until implementation. I was not made aware that over 50% of applicants would not be offered credit and that some would get offers with interest rates exceeding 50%. If I had known this I would not have contracted with Flexxbuy. I found this out within the first 4 days of signing a contract with them and asked for a refund based upon incomplete information. They refused. They did offer to change the settings on my account so that clients would not be given high interest rate offers. Had I known that was even a possibility when I signed up I would have not done so. I wish they gave out all the info at the start. I guess I just swallow the cost.

Flexxbuy responded and made my point. I was not told about the high interest option and I was not told about the lower than 50% acceptance rate. I don't want my business associated with usurious interest rates. Two bad experiences was enough for me to get out.

Steve, those statistics are pretty presumptuous since you only submitted two applications. Most businesses allow the high interest rate offers because it's really up to the applicant to accept or reject an offer. And since all applications result in only soft credit pulls, there is no harm to the applicant. That said, we do have the mechanism in place to restrict the offers that an applicant will receive for those businesses that have strong feelings about it.

The setup fee is non-refundable because it takes a real effort and time to set up an account. We make it very clear right on the application you completed. It's the first line of the terms.

"I agree that Flexxbuy will collect a one-time non-refundable $299 platform development fee, payable upon submission of this merchant application. If for any reason merchant is rejected by Flexxbuy, this fee will be refunded in full."

That said, it's a shame that you decided to come to your conclusions after only two applications. We have many, many businesses, just like yours, that are realizing tremendous success. The fee is a one-time fee, so you are welcome to continue the platform should you wish. I'm confident that your conclusion will change over time.
