The flight centre staff really listened and helped us design the trip we wanted. We also know that if anything goes wrong, help would be there to assist if necessary.

We have been clients of the Flight Centre Burlington for several years and have had the pleasure of dealing with Jane Cundari for all our travels.

She has always given us the best service ever

Most recently we had an issue booking excursions directly and were overcharged by the 3rd party reservation company. We raised our concern with Jane and she went overboard to help us rectify the matter , spending a great deal of time helping us sort things out.

Because of her help and suggestions we got things sorted out and our credit card was reimbursed the next day.

Reema was a delight to work with. My sister and I needed to book a flight to Moncton New Brunswick to deliver our mother’s ashes to the funeral home. She was very helpful in providing us with information about transporting the ashes and assured us that everything would be ok and calmed our nerves. She was very friendly in a genuine way and treated us a customer and not a number.

Reema helped us with our first trip to Sandals Dunns River. It was her recommendation and we are so thankful. We had a fabulous time. Reema was a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was quicks and informative. She never rushed us doing our visits with her and offered many helpful tips and tricks that we were not aware of. We would definitely book with her again and look forward to our next trip.

Every time we use the Flight centre representative we are happily satisfied with their service. It takes a load of me and leaves it with capable person who is fully aware what needs to be done and how to do it effectively and reliably. We booked 4 tickets today through Flight Centre in Burlington, Ontario, and overall the service experience was very professional and efficient. Christine was especially helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the reservation process. She answered our questions promptly and made the booking process smooth and stress-free. However, we were disappointed with the pricing transparency. Flight Centre charged us $587 CAD per person, including their $39 per person processing fee, which we consider reasonable for the service provided. What's difficult to accept is the large difference in the actual ticket price compared to other available options. The same flight was available directly on the airline's website for approximately $327.50 USD and on Booking.com for about $425 CAD. Despite asking for clarification, no reasonable explanation was provided for the significant price disparity. While the customer service was excellent, customers should carefully compare prices before booking, as the markup can be substantial. — feeling annoyed.

Professional, easy simple and No Hard Sales then doesn't waste my time

I had an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I went to Ryan. He was so funny, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. This is my first trip without my parents, and he made everything feel easy by giving clear directions and answering all of our questions. I truly appreciate it and would 100% recommend!

We walked into the flight Centre in Burlington mall looking for ideas for an all vacation. We walked over to meet Vicki Malcom and she helped us find the holiday we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable and well travelled. It should have been a minefield for us as we have only gone all in once but she gave us all the pros and cons of different destinations and hotels. Little did I know this happiness would continue once our trip started, on the way home and after our trip . She is very quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. We only book with flight centre in Burlington. The travel agents we deal with, Jane Cundari and Ryan Milne, both go above and beyond to book our travel. We have 2 more vacations booked with them, one May, 2026 and one February, 2027.

I’ve always wanted to go to Greece Ryan found me an amazing deal, great flights and found a self guided tour to go to Athens and 3 islands It is going to be amazing. He researched my trip for me before we even met up at our appt. It was booked so quickly. He is such a great guy and so knowledgeable on travel! I will be booking all my future travel with him 😊😊😊

I have dealt with Lindsay Adler and Burlington Flight Centre for around 20 years. There are people you work with in your life that become part of the family and that’s Lindsay. Even my adult kids have used Lindsay now.

I can not speak highly enough about the dedication, knowledge and caring that Lindsay has demonstrated on so many occasions I can’t count. Don’t care who it is that asks I would recommend her time and time again.
