Once again, Katrina at Coquitlam branch was awesome…we have 8 upcoming cruises and she has gone above and beyond in all of them….always quick to assist, answer questions and always makes sure we have what we asked for. I appreciate the fact that Katrina understands my need to have all my plans organized long before we go…she is always there if we need her..sometimes even after her shift was supposed to end. We would recommend Katrina for anyones travel plans! She is awesome!

Recently we scheduled an appointment with Katrina Barbisan although we were there on time she was helping a younger couple we waited 20 more mins when she said her coworker could help us and hour later we were not getting anywhere with our booking Katrina was then finished with her couple and immediately put on a headset to take/make calls, we left very frustrated. Was it age discrimination or just a bad business decision I’ll never know cause I’m never going back!!
