Shiela C. was our agent and I could not have asked for a better representative to help us with our group booking. She understood what exactly we were looking for and made recommendations as needed. She always ensured we were well taken care of and checked in with us as soon as we got home. The trip was super memorable thanks to her!

I chose to work with Shiela Conwi to plan my destination wedding, and I could not have been happier with the service she provided us. She made us feel taken care of every step of the way. She answered all questions within a timely manner, and if she didn’t know the answer to one of the questions, she knew who to go to.
I cannot recommend Shiela enough for group travel bookings, especially destination weddings.
We had people from all over Canada in our group & she was able to coordinate bookings with ease for our out of province guests. I was always someone who never fully understood the reason for using a travel agent to book trips, but after my experience with Shiela, she is stuck with me for every trip I book going forward. If you are a bride looking to book a destination wedding, Shiela is truly your gal.

She was incredible. It was a tall order to organize guys for a bachelor, but she made it as easy as possible.

Mexico City did not disappoint! The W was incredible, awesome gym and spa which we took advantage of (hot tub, sauna, steam room). Polanco was a super safe neighbourhood, very upscale, and we hit up Roma Norte and Condessa a lot. We also worked in Lucha Libre at Arena Mexico (highly recommend - was action packed) and the party boats in Xochimilco (super fun).

Playa del Carmen was a nice change of pace! The Hyatt Vivid was amazing - food was great, nice beach, fun times at the pool/ foam party. Was also nice being right beside la quinta avenida (5th avenue) so we could leave the resort and walk/ bar-hop a little at night.

Was an excellent trip from top to bottom - a bachelor for the ages!

Our original trip was Jamaica. After the hurricane our travel consultant Debbie Brown did an amazing job to rebook our entire party to Mexico. We are very happy with the outcome and look forward to our trip. Debbie was always available when you had questions or needed clarification on any part of the trip. She is amazing !!!!

Shiela Conwi, was an absolute lifesaver when I realized that I had forgotten to put my middle name from my passport on my travel documents. She was quick to submit the change for me and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Shiela :)

Haley Smith at group centre was amazing throughout this Air Canada flight attendants strike as we were a group booked to leave early morning on Aug 16…with only hours cancellation notice Haley took control of a stressful situation and guided us through with a complete refund

If you are looking to book a destination wedding or family/friends group trip, the only name you need to know is SARAH GRIFFITHS. She is an absolute joy to work with and knows her stuff! My family and friends had nothing but good things to say about her. Trust her with your group and you will not be sorry! The process was very easy and simple but the groom got sold rooms that was not offered at this particular resort. (1 king bed vs 2 single beds). So now we are stuck with 1 king bed without recourse because the person who sold him the rooms is no longer with the company. Have not heard anything from Flight Centre in terms of this mix up personally.

We love Alex Gregory from Flight Centre Groups! I actually work for the company but wanted a stress free group experience for my wedding- and so glad we chose Alex to help with this process. The value of planning with a tried and true professional for such a complex trip is so worth it. In spite of the usual stresses along the way that go with planning a wedding, Alex always communicated clearly and calmly, an attitude thst helped keep us calm and enjoying the process. Belinda is spectacular! She has handled the flights for our large groups for the past two years and has been exceptional. Creative, problem solver, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, fun, and a real treat to work with. Love working with her. Gives it all at 110% all of the time! Thanks Belinda!
