Gianfranco @ the Lambton Quay store is my go-to whenever I'm heading out for a holiday. That may just be flights, or it may be "Get me someplace I can snorkel off the beach and not have to think about feeding myself for a week; here's my budget." He listens to what I'm after, and then gives me a few options to choose from. He hasn't steered me wrong yet! And back when lock-down hit while I was overseas, he got me home AND sorted out the refund for the flights that got cancelled.

Yvonne at Wellington Central listened to our needs, and more than delivered.

Everything was straight forward and it was helpful getting travel insurance at the same time for a good price.

Yvonne at Flight Centre was absolutely amazing with helping us to plan our honeymoon! This was our first time using a travel agent and she exceeded our expectations. She was very patient and understanding when we wanted to make changes to our plans and even helped us with looking at accommodation options. Overall we had a great experience and we highly recommend Yvonne!

Everything worked very well but because of the various complications of my schedule and many changes made by me there were a couple of hiccups.
1.The seats allocated at time of booking the Emirates sectors were nowhere to be seen at the time of checking in. Rectified on the homeward sector by my wife and another Flight Centre agent.
2. The IBIS shuttle at Dubai runs on an hourly timetable. If you miss one you have to wait in the heat for an hour. We chose to take a taxi in the end.

The assurance that there is someone back in your home country who can navigate any unexpected travel difficulties is always a lead for me. Daniel was this person for us.

Have used Flight Centre a few times now and they are always fantastic! Daniel Dias helped us with our latest trip and was so onto it with a few of the factors we now need to take into account (Medical), he knows his stuff! The itinerary he booked us was smooth, layovers were quick (but not too quick where we had to sprint between terminals when in transit!), and if there were any delays in flights he emailed the information to us promptly.
In short, Daniel was knowledgeable, super helpful and the nicest guy! Thanks mate.

Thanks Yvonne, I had a fabulous trip to the UK. Edinburgh was incredible with so much to see (art galleries and museums and all for free!). September / October was a great time to visit and thanks too for confirming that the insurance for the weekend in France was covered. A lovely surprise weekend away.
Your advice around passports worked well with no problem using my Euro to go in and NZ to come home. All in all Yvonne your service was perfect

This Company , in our experience , has staff who do what they say they’ll do . Their manner in dealing with customers , is polite , honest , helpful and knowledgeable , and any queries , are answered promptly .

All the bookings worked perfectly. The times of our flights were well thought through, so much thanks, as it made our trip more enjoyable. Daniel Dias was invaluable, and when we asked for significant changes to our itinerary, he was brilliant.

Kaitlyn was very helful and professional with helping us find best flights and accommodation on our travel to Mauritius.

What a wonderful trip overseas to Germany and via Singapore on the way home.
