Nat Soma from Your Lynnall office in New Lynn was so very helpful and so nice to myself and my wife. He went over and above to assist us and made our flight plan very easy to deal with so thank you Nat so very much.

Maddy Ottoway was very polite, friendly, courteous and knew her role in advising us about our trip requirements to South Africa. Her calm nature made us feel at ease and had us sorted in no time ! After going in on the weekend for a quote and information and brushed aside like it wasn't important. I went back during the week and spoke to Dielle who was amazing. Very insightful. I booked a cruise (first time). During booking ensured that it was middle of ship in case of illness. Advised when to get insurance and was able to pay then on no interest flight center card. Made me feel heard and safe booking.

She went the extra miles looking for the best solution that would suit my family trip. She is very knowledgeable and that was very helpful to help me make the right decision. I was a little nervous going into flight centre to book my flights to the UK as I tried to book online but it was a little stressful and I was worried I'd forget something.
Amrit from the Lynnmall store was very helpful, polite and made booking my flights a breeze including catering to my physical needs when travelling, travel insurance and other requirements before I fly out in December, so everything is all sorted and I have nothing to worry about.
I will definitely be booking my future flights in-store going forward.

So lovely to work with Rikeshni Kumari, Flight Centre, Lynnmall.
Managed to secure tickets to World of Wearable Arts in Wellington for myself & sister that we needed flights to ensure we could attend.
Rikeshni gave great advice on booking the flights for us to & from Wellington (we are in Auckland). Checked with us for hotel bookings that we had sort of secured previously that will confirm. Arranged our pickup from the Airport to the Hotel that we hadn't factored in.
So lovely to work with, as much as we thought we had done quite a bit of background work previously, Rikeshni highlighted issues that we were able to sort quickly. She is amazing. Thanks Rikey - Gold star from myself & sister.
