Absolutely first class service from Jane Canning, very professional, very informative on routes and carriers even considering we were leaving our booking quite late. Jane is an extensive traveller so knows her stuff. Top service as usual from Flight Centre.

Travel agent Tracey Shearer was excellent and I would recommend her.

Lisa maree (who likes chocolate), made our whole experience smooth running and so easy to achieve! We had spent weeks trying to sort out our trip with several other companies to no avail. We were tired and frustrated by our lack of progress. We struck fortunate when we walked into the shop and met with Lisa Maree. We found her to be calm,friendly, VERY efficient, VERY professional and willing to help. We did not feel rushed or pushed in any direction. She answered all of our questions and communicated effectivly with 3rd parties when necessary to do so; even when contacting another continent. All this made our experience so much easier and enjoyable than it could have been had we not met with Lisa Maree. We knew what we wanted, and Lisa Maree provided us with that. We found the shop/working area spacious enough and it gave sufficient privacy for our satisfaction. Personally I found the lighting a little harsh, but that's because I'm sensitive to bright white lights. We're definitely pleased to give the service we received 5stars, which I do not do lightly. We would definitely go back for future bookings!

When we first went into the flight centre it did take some time to be seen
The wait time was about 50 minutes
It took about 35 minutes for 1 of the staff to acknowledge us and offer for us to book a time to see the consultant
I’m not sure how booking would help as the consultants need to spend whatever time it takes to sort out a customer’s travel but I do think this part of the process could be smoothed out
Perhaps acknowledging us earlier, asking which destination and providing brochures to review while waiting..
Once we were seen by a consultant the experience was great

We had tried on the computor ourselves but to hard so went into Lower Hutt Flight Centre and saw Tracey.
So good we got everything we wanted with ease and took the stress off us. Tracey was so lovely.

Tracey had been great to organise our trips , she has a wealth of experience,highly recommend ，with no stress and excellent service thank you .

A highly complicated new client request (and last-minute cancellation of that request) is the last thing a relatively new travel agent with a passion for her job needs. Though that's exactly what Lisa-Maree received with me.

Taylor from Queensgate store helped us book a Cruise. She was very easy to deal with and when she couldn’t find the cabin we wanted on their system she rang Princess direct to secure our room for us.
She had some great tips as she has travelled to the countries we are visiting herself so was able to give us valuable insight.
