My husband and I travelled to spain and the Uk last month which we booked with Rhea Altoft. She helped us through the entire process also helping us get a good deal. I have booked with Rhea twice in the past and apart from her professionalism i was drawn to her initially because of her patience. This is the second time I’ve used Karen Hart’s services, and once again she has absolutely exceeded expectations. Karen is an expert travel agent who assisted me at very short notice to arrange a flight to Sydney. I was under considerable pressure, and she immediately understood the situation, taking care of everything with professionalism, efficiency, genuine care and sincerity.

Karen Hart, she was an amazing support in assisting my family with our processing of our trip to England. She made everything understandable and made the information really accessible. I decided to visit FLIGHT CENTRE St Lukes to book a flight because of my trip. The day I visited seemed like to a busy day. All the staff were consulting with the customers. I had to wait for about an hour for my turn to counsel, which was very boring. Karen approached me in a cheerful voice and started my counseling. She was really kind to me and solved my problems in detail. She helped me take my desk top computer with me on my trip and even chose the right flight. I was relieved by her cheerful and energetic hospitality. I am enjoying my trip perfectly. I want to thank you her again.
