If you want a travel agent that is super helpful and a delight to discuss and organise your travel plans with, then I highly recommend Brooke at the Flight Centre Tauriko. Brooke went above and beyond, her customer service was exceptional. Thank you very much!!

I had a wonderful experience with Tina, who helped me book flights for my elderly parents. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
As my parents had to travel with insulin and had some specific requirements and questions regarding carrying medication on the flight, I had quite a few concerns about the journey. Tina was always available to answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her guidance and reassurance made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and manageable.
I really appreciated how patient she was throughout, and I never felt rushed or hesitant to ask questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangements.

Brooke bent over backwards to create a memorable holiday for my family, few hiccups out of her control but she still managed to put it right thank you so much would highly recommend getting everything through flight centre, it took all the stress out if organizing flights hotels transfers ect thanks again

I went to my local Flight Centre at the Crossing Tauriko to book flights and also accommodation in Melbourne as I'm not confident to do that online now.
I used to book flights online to Sidney but did make an error with date once so now I prefer having experienced travel agent to do for me
Brooke was very helpful and professional sorting out times to suit- special fares and also quote for travel insurance etc.
Well worth $50 fee!
