Roxy was absolutely brilliant. She saw me immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t make me feel rushed. Roxy found me the cheapest flights and amazing accommodation. I look forward to having a lovely holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary

The staff at Kingston Tasmania are unbelievably supportive, friendly. Mechelle is friendly, unreal, kind, nothing is to much trouble, she knows her job, always gets me the best deals & advice. I have been going to her for years.

Rod provided lots of helpful, detailed information about flights, visa and other entry documents. He advised on ways to use my frequent flyer points for an upgrade. He worked hard to provide excellent service and was honest when I accidentally overpaid. Very happy with the outcome.

Cassandra at the Glen Waverley store is always excellent, responds to emails and books what i need very quickly. She has been booking my holidays for the last seven years.

My agent responds very quickly and always gives me choice of options. Even though he is on the opposite side of the country to me I feel like our correspondence is as if we were face to face.

We always book our holidays with Connie now at Mount Lawley. She always makes sure every last detail is checked, and that our holiday is enjoyable and worry free. From flights to hotel stays to our pick ups and drop off, even seating on the plane. We have and will always book with Connie and flight centre.

Rang for a quote to take a group of 10 on a trip to Indonesia, received an email saying they'd get back to me. After a week, and me sending a reminder that I was waiting, I got nothing. Waste of time, I won't use them again.

All so helpful, friendly. Took their time to explain everything. Best price , so helpful. Very compassionanate as I had a voucher I wanted to use for my husband and myself, very emotional as he passed away last year. Very grateful for meeting such lovely people xx

Rebecca was very cheery, friendly, attentive and understanding our requirements and then working with us to find suitable dates for our trip. We had our heart set on Coconut Beach Resort in Fiji and she was able to work out all the arrangements.

I always change my flight dates because of intpending medical tests these days.
Its not a problem tho its done properly, I just ask Callum to moved the flight forward a couple months, pay the small fee,its done

No communication once in Greece, cruise line had no information available about where our shop was docked others than the name of a very large port, AI chat bot more that useless mo real assistance available, we were in a city with no way to call for help relying on apps and YouTube!!the more stressful experience of our 6 week trip, the cruise was the only thing we booked with flight centre thankfully, Imagine how stressful the rest of our holiday would have been if they booked the entire thing!! Do not recommend this company

While my mum was overseas on tour, I needed urgent help with her flight check-in. Her usual travel agent was away, but Christian stepped in without hesitation. He went above and beyond to help, first locating and providing the correct booking reference numbers. When those didn't work, he happily looked further into the booking and provided the e-ticket numbers instead, which I was able to pass on to my mum overseas.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he was patient, proactive, and genuinely happy to help, even though he wasn't the original consultant who handled the booking.

Exceptional service like this is rare and very much appreciated. Thank you, Christian!
