The agent was very friendly and helped me get to where I wanted to go for a reasonable price.

Thank you Santiago for your quick response to my issue i will definitely call you again for any further needs thank you again very responsive ! Thanks for all your help with my airline ticket pricing too

I received great service from Santiago López. He found the best flight for me for an unplanned trip to AZ and he followed up with me to make sure I had a good experience during my trip.
Thank you Santiago.

Santiago López provided excellent customer service throughout the process.

Total scam! Told by email reservation was pending and someone would reach out or call a number. I called the number waited on hold for twenty minutes and left a message. Called back same day on hold for 20 minutes. Rep told me it was a stand by flight and tried to sell me a ticket for 550. Nowhere through the process was i informed that it was stand by, nor was it in the email. Rep was belligerent and dismissive when I asked where I was informed it was stand by. Never answered the question!!

Manuel made the process very simple and easy. Will use again.

It was a pleasure working with Santiago Lopez

SCAM! They catch you on a cheap ticket, then they call saying it is no longer available and there is no refund, even if you did not receive the product in the end, it is your fault the airline does not offer that price anymore. Forced Upgrade for a higher price than any price available on market. DO NOT USE!!!

Very good atention. Gracias Manuel Perez good job

Manual was able to help me get my lower flight and a change for a really good price. Thank you!

Am grateful with Manuel Perez customer service, excellent service, patience and humble.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Santiago for all his help in arranging our flights.

Our outbound flight with Southwest Airlines was wonderful. Everything went very smoothly, and we had a great experience. Our return flight with Alaska Airlines was also excellent—honestly, one of the best flights we’ve had.

Santiago was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and did a great job finding and arranging such great flight options for us. We truly appreciate his help, support, and excellent service.

Thank you again, Santiago, for making our travel experience so easy, smooth, and enjoyable. We are very happy with everything and would definitely be happy to book with you again in the future!
