Sofia was very nice, but, after being told that my confirmation and tickets would be sent in a couple of hours, ( around 4 PM)they did not arrive. I called Sofia back, and she said they would be sent in an email. I did not receive my confirmation until the next morning. I thought I had been scammed. But they came and are just fine. Thanks
