I had nothing to worry about
When I was directed to Flights Channel from skyscanner, I completed the form and submitted my card details, but they couldn't complete the transaction as the flight wasn't available for the price on skyscanner. I thought that was it, so I was looking at other options when my phone rang and it was Sofia. She explained who she was and that she was with Flights Channel, and she explained the original flight wasn't available and asked if I wanted her to check on other options. I agreed, and she said she could get me a similarly timed flight with another airline. The cost was similar, but didn't include carry on or baggage. She said she could include carry on for a bit more, which i agreed to. She asked if I wanted to include a checked bag or pay the baggage at the airport. I chose to pay the bag at check in as I could control that situation myself. She sent me a link to make payment via email, which I did. She then called to ensure I'd received it and paid, which I confirmed. She then emailed me conforming my reservation was made and the eticket would arrive in a few hours. A few hours later it hadn't arrived but it was late and I thought maybe she'd gone home for the evening. I waited until the morning and emailed. She responded by email and apologised for not sending the eticket sooner and she sent it right away. She then called to ensure I received it, which I confirmed.
There are a lot of negative reviews that say they're a scam, but they aren't. They are an online travel agency. I was anxious after reading the reviews but I have no reason to have been. Everything was great and Sofia was super helpful.
