You guys need to improve your checkout process and purchase confirmation. I had two failed attempts, only to be emailed that my purchase was successful???!
I did try to purchase elsewhere, until I was contacted by Samuel who assisted and reassured me that my purchase and e-tickets will be shared with in a few hours. I've booked many flights online and not once did I wait more than 30 mins for my confirmation, along with my itinerary. This process made me very uneasy.
Needless to say, I received my e-tickets and purchase order confirmation 6 hours later. Big sigh of relief!
Samuel followed up and provided me with updates throughout this time period. He was very responsive and helpful - thank you Samuel.

I had the worst experience with this company. They charged me for a flight and then said that the ticket is no longer available than when I asked for the refund for the ticket that I never received. They said that I need to contact the airline Air Canada when they were the ones that issued the payment. Sara White was horrible with customer service and had such bad attitude. Do not book here!!!

Sofia was amazing. I bought my ticket, and I panicked when I didn't receive my eticket within 24hrs. I called and Sofia picked, assured me they were not a scam. Within 5mins Sofia resolved my issue, sent my eticket to my email and waited for me to verify receipt of it.
