Great experience with Flight Channel
I had a great experience with Flight Channel while booking a flight for my wife. After completing the initial booking, I received a call from Samuel informing me that the original flight was no longer available. Instead of leaving it at that, he took the time to quickly find an alternative with Air Canada and handled the rebooking smoothly.
Samuel was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained the changes clearly and made sure everything was confirmed properly. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a very smooth experience thanks to his assistance.

DO NOT BOOK.....not worth the savings
Stay far away and if you do book be very careful. I am still fighting for my refund for a trip that we booked back on September for Miami. Flights Channel canceled the reservation with no notice. Left us scrambling for other flights 12 hours before we were supposed to leave for our cruise out of Miami. Now I am still taking time out of my schedule to follow up on our refund for the charge of the tickets. I have left voice messages and sent emails to Sofia and either get no straight answer or no response at all. This is very disappointing and time consuming. Porter Airlines had refunded us within 2 weeks and nothing from Flights Channel except for the run around.
Flights Channel canceled our reservation with Porter Airlines. So we did not get on the flight but both Porter and Flights Channel charged our credit card. Porter has reimbursed us within 2 weeks of us raising the issue. Nothing from Flights Channel. This has been going on since the New Year. Getting no response from Sofia.
