Please note that when a reservation is made, the card is automatically charged by the system to secure the booking. After speaking with you and understanding that you were unable to wait the 24 hours, we immediately proceeded with processing a full refund to your account as a gesture of good faith.
Despite this, you mentioned that you would dispute the transaction without allowing the stated timeframe for ticket delivery. As of now, the refund has already been processed as per your request.

Great customer support
I originally contacted support because i needed to change the email that was entered but when Samuel answered my chat he noticed my flight info was pending and not fully completed. The airline i chose didnât have seats but i wasnât aware of that. Samuel was able to find and book another flight for me as well as resolve my original issue.
