Called to ask how they're able to offer such cheap flights. Person hung up right after my question. Called right back, and after a noticeable pause, person said "Because there was a promotional offer which is no longer available," then hung up. What a weird answer to the question, "How do you offer such cheap flights."

I booked a flight on this website and they immediately contacted me to let me know that my order had to be adjusted. When I finally spoke to them on the phone, they told me the flight had already been sold and that the sticker price had more than doubled. Basically a bate-and-switch scam. Avoid this website at all costs.

This part of a sophisticated scam where cheap flights are advertised. There are a group 'companies' involved such as Jetcost.com & Holidaycart.net. None are ATOL or ABTA protected.
Once you have booked and paid for your flight you will not get the e-tickets promised. You will get a call stating the flights requested are promotional offers or stand by tickets, they do not include baggage or meals. They will then ask you to upgrade (at substantial cost), agree to an alternative or cancel (for a cancellation fee for something that has not been booked??)- do not agree to any of these. They will threaten you with their terms and conditions (all lies). They will have to give you your money back if they have not provided what you paid for.
These companies are a scam, be advised.
