Great Customer Service from Paul

I would like to thank Paul for his help and professionalism in handling my booking issue.

I had a problem with my flight reservation and needed assistance with getting my money refunded.

Paul was understanding, respectful, and helpful throughout our conversation. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve the situation without unnecessary complications.

I booked a reservation at a hotel I had…

I booked a reservation at a hotel I had 24 hrs before check in to cancel, it was 4 days before, hotel said I booked through Expedia (which I did not) then Jeff from Expedia said I had to pay $600 to cancel, then he went ahead and charged my card but my CC company blocked it, he called me irate!!! You gave me the wrong number bla bla bla when i received the text from my CC it said MD Air Flight LLC
WHY ARE YOU GUYS TRYING TO CHARGE ME $600????? I’ve emailed several times NO ANSWER!!!! I’ve already reported you to BBB.

Déception

Déception ! Billets achetés en mai en disant que les billets électroniques seraient livrés le 15 sept. Une vérification auprès de la co. aérienne cette semaine stipule que la réservation est annulée faute de paiement.À 3 sem. du départ,c'est un vrai cauchemar...

Fraudulent company

Purchased Houston flight June 14 for Sept. 4 through Flight to Joy MD. The ticket was cancelled without notice. The airline confirmed the cancellation. Despite repeated calls, the agent never provided a valid ticket or resolution. Agent was rude, tried to gaslight me and don’t trust they will issue a refund either. They’re a fraud company.

Flying with Porter

Flying with Porter was a fantastic experience...Personnel onbard was very pleasant and careful...i wish to thank Paul and Clara for their great assistance and particular attention tocards me. I would recommend flying with Porter anytime.

Great expetience

Great expetience! I was anxious because it was my first time buying flight ticket on my own, they explained me how, and why they do that way and i felt listened perfectly. They make follow up about the journey. So to me 5/5
