I have an older system installed in 2019. Some of the components understandably will require replacement over time. Whenever I have an issue, it is great that Flologic has a question portal on the website. Whenever I submit a question, it is answered promptly and a solution is offered that always solves the issue.

The system has paid for itself three-fold with the insurance discounts for having it protect our home.

Great system, gives me peace of mind being able to see on the app if there's any leaks when I'm away. I used to have the original FloLogic when it first came out, this is much more user friendly!!!!

We just moved into a brand new home with FloLogic installed. After two months in the house FloLogic told us that we had a leak. We eventually pinpointed it underground and outside. The pipe was leaking a third of a gallon every minute. It would probably have taken us several months to figure out we had a problem without our Flologic system! Thank you!

You had to send us a new unit because the original had some incorrect features in the program. So we had to pay our plumber to come back and reinstall our 2" Shutoff Order #12046. It seems to be working fine now but on Friday an hour after the new install it shut off for no reason. I would like to get a text/notification to my cell when this happens. I need to learn the system. Is there an easy tutorial? Ohterwise I'm very happy and looking forward to the benefits.

I like that it does provide it's intended service. I am confident that it will shut water off in a leak situation. That said, the device seems to have a mind of it's own. I know that I have it set to not go into away mode for more than 7 days but it will go into away mode within 4. That would be ok if it would quickly go back to home mode. It does not through the app, nor does it without a few proddings with the Home button over several minutes.

Love the system and the ease of the app!

System provides easy app access and peace of mind. I have 2 systems and I am very pleased.

The product is excellent, is easy to use and set-up was easy. The optional check valve mates directly with the valve assembly and is worth the $$.

Something went wrong with the shipping with everything loose inside a big box banging around. Luckily nothing was damaged. Whether poor packing or carrier problem is unknown.
