Ordered the “Uggs” & a pair of orthopaedic walking shoes. The Uggs were clearly fake but they are comfortable. The walking shoes look like something a 5yr old made at school! Horrible & look NOTHING like the picture. I emailed the company to see about returning the shoes & was told I would have to pay for the return or they could refund me 10%!!
AWFUL company. DO NOT USE THEM! Total scam!

This company send out fake items. Not only that they sent me the wrong product different to what i ordered. They refused to let me send back and wanted me to pay to ship the items to China. The delivery came from a house in Cannock, so i paid £12 to return them there, special delivery. They signed for the package and are now refusing to give me my money back even though they have the product back. Have stolen my £111. Do not order this company are not legit. Police and paypal have been called and are dealing with it now.

I ordered UK5 but received UK6 which were too big. Emailed and got a prompt reply saying I could keep them and buy another smaller pair for half price. So did and received them promptly within 2 weeks. About few weeks after that, received a 3 rd pair for free so have 3 pairs now. Love the quality though and they were great Xmas presents for friend and daughter. Thanks

Disgraceful company, ordered on 28th November and spent nearly £100 for Christmas presents. I was told over 2 weeks later the parcel had been denied at customs but it was sent back out and if not received within 11 days I would receive a refund. 13 days later they are now refusing to give me a refund. AVOID.

Awful! Do not use this company! After a headache receiving the item….the uggs they sent me are fake! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!….well….unless you are actually wanting a pair of fake Uggs…they aren’t even good fakes….stitching isn’t straight, soles are stiff, says made in Australia…Uggs are not made in Australia

Absolutely shocking placed an orderer on the 28th November 23 and it’s still not been delivered and the tacking system has not been updated, the customer service team can’t even give you straight answers. Will not order from these again and strongly advise everyone else to avoid if you don’t want to wait at least a month for order to be delivered.

Terrible. Ordered on the 28th Nov and still nothing. Can't even get into shop to track my item.
No tracking information available anywhere.

I ordered a Christmas present on the 28th November. I got an email to say it was shipped on he 30th November. Since then nothing and the website domain is now blocked and the tracking number isnt valid. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed.

Ordered UGG Tazz slippers they look and feel great parcel was tracked great service and price

Took a while to come but when they arrived , excellent quality, perfect fit, Absolutely love my Ugg slippers.

Ordered 22/11, still no sign of my order even though they are apparently dispatched! I have emailed company but had no response!

I’ve ordered a pair of tazz uggs! Still saying in china, my tracking number doesn’t work have emailed three times no response called no response!! A scam of a company I believe! And think that with the use of social media it people need to know not to use this company !!

I have a terrible experience! Worse experience, got an item(jumpsuit) from you since 14th November! I haven't received the item nor refund. I just sent a mail to ur team now... its a terrible experience I must confess. Over 3weeks of purchase... please do something before I escalate this. I have all my payment proof and mail trail. Pls do the right thing.
