A great product that suits the needs of the business.

Unfortunately, for the last 5 years we have experienced high price increases, between 12.5%-17% every year. This is making it unaffordable for us. A great shame because it is such a great insurance product! However, endlessly going up at this rate is unfeasible. Pity.

This was a renewal of a policy where a claim was made a couple of months ago, and whilst it took longer to get this one signed off we managed to place cover for a further 12 months with a nominal rate increase and the client was very happy.

We choose to Insure with Floodflash as they offer a new and innovative way to insure against flood at a reasonable cost , So far we are very impressed with their service and highly recommend them.

Paid out without fuss, very good

Floodflash is an innovative and potentially business-saving product and I have been delighted with the efficiency and attentiveness of those with whom I have dealt - both insurance agents and fitters. My reason for 3, rather than 5, stars is the inflexibility of fitting position. My property is old and untraditional in shape. There are 2 rooms at ground level, but they are at slightly different levels, due to a slope. There was no flexibility offered to allow fitting of the device one step down from street level, despite that point being at ground level of the lower room. There was no offer of a decision-maker offering to view and assess viability, just a flat 'no'. Consequently, I have some cover, though it is highly unlikely to ever pay out, as the true level of flooding will not be reflected. Situations are nuanced in flooding and the catch-all, single policy for all customers is regrettable.

I was able to appreciate the amount of effort that the team had put in to hosting the event.
There was a wide range of industry attending and this can only grow.
The only negative to my experience, which was totally out of your control, were the rude doormen who made everybody wait outside on a freezing day, as I was there for the breakfast club, it didn't affect me in anyway, but I could see it was bad start to some of the ladies day

The application process was straightforward and the policy was set up very quickly. Subsequently, there was good communication regarding the installation of the sensor and the guys who installed was also very professional. It was an all round pleasant experience.

Fitter arrived on time , job done quickly

The Engineer, Joe, was very pleasant and professional; and I am very satisfied with the work carried out.

Prompt 10 minute installation. Flexibility on siting of sensor. General queries answered OK by installer. An indication on the sensor of the chosen trigger depth would increase confidence that the paid for level was in operation- I will mark the level and take photos before and after any event.
