Wrong delivery time, late delivery, very late recipient update, not confirming recipient address as I politely asked for (correct address was just a number away, it was next building). Hence, parcel delivered to wrong address, recipient got late message, parcel lost. Almost the same problematic delivery as my first one. Appalling customer service.

Terrible substitution policy
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. A day before my delivery, I was told the flowers I had selected were out of stock so they'd have to make substitutes. Despite responding promptly, turns out I had no say in the matter nor an option for a refund, a completely different set of flowers were sent instead without my input.
Customers should have the option of cancelling orders that can't be fulfilled, what's the point of selecting the bouquet when they can swap them out last minute for whatever they'd like?
Failed delivery of the wrong flowers
I placed an order with Floom for a floom bouquet 6 days in advance, for a sensitive family occasion.
The day before my delivery I was told the florist needed to substitute my order for different flowers.
On the day of the order, the delivery never arrived. It took floom 48 hours to understand what had happened and they concluded that the florist âhad an issue with their systemâ. I was simply offered delivery on another day.
Considering the flowers were incorrect and then did not arrive, this fundamentally undermines the Floom service. I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

Ordered a bouquet (200pounds) and chocolate box for my friend to be delivered on her birthday.
Contacted the florist on IG, she promised flowers would be on time which they were not. She told me theyâd call my friend and deliver to wherever she were, they did not.
The flowers arrived the following day, they were spectacular I must say (lotus boutique) but the chocolates were missing. You better off going directly to a florist and ordering directly. This FLOOM service is a disgrace! Customer service was so poor. Avoid.

This company is appalling and an apology for a florist delivery service. They are rude and unhelpful and avoid taking any responsibility for delivering dead substandard product by telling lies. My son in law paid £100 for a bouquet to thank me for looking after their one year old in Singapore which has just arrived to my UK home on my return. All the roses (ie. The valuable flowers!!) are brown and dead. I've sent photographs and the online chat customer service agent tried to say that the outside guard leaves on roses are supposed to be like that. I sent further photographs to evidence the brown dead petals travel throughout the flower head right through to the middle. She then said she couldn't deal with me, only the sender. I explained how upset and hurt they would be to find their expensive gift has arrived in such a substandard state, and they've basically said it's not their problem, and unless I tell him and cause this upset they won't deal with me. Besides the 8 hour time difference, all the evidence I provided they are forcing me to upset my own family. This is clearly just an excuse to avoid dealing with the issue and taking responsibility as they know nobody would ever want to have to spoil the generous & kind intentions of a family member's lovely gesture. What horrible people they are!! I asked four times for a contact telephone number and the operator refused outright to give this. Her tone of communication was rude, disinterested and battle weary as she clearly has so many complaints arriving non stop all day after reading the rest of these reviews.
Do not waste your money or trust this horrible cash hungry company.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I placed an order a month in advance to mark a special event for a loved one and included a message. The flowers were not delivered on that day. After contacting customer service five times, the flowers were delivered three days late and with no card or message saying who had sent them or what they were for. The following day, the recipient got another bouquet, this time with the card. It was all a bit strange and not very professional. I did get the delivery fee refunded.

Have used this service twice. First time the foowers were already wilted.
Second time, they delivered behind the addressee's neighbour's bin and they were never found. Terrible customer service insisted they'd been delivered attaching the delivery photo, regardless if it was to someone else's entrance and hidden.

Dead Flowers & Ignored Instructions - Poor Customer Support
My delivery instructions were completely ignored, along with receiving a dying decaying flower and a missing flower with an over watered stem. Floom declined to do anything about it, except offer 15% my next order. You can get 15% off any order almost all the time so why humor me with this? This isn't the first time this has happened, but it is absolutely the last. My account is now deleted along with my data. Will never recommend this service to anyone and am filing a complaint with the BBB. You do not treat customers properly. Do NOT use this service unless you want to find yourself writing a similar review.

Ordered flowers for Motherâs Day
Ordered flowers for Motherâs Day. Reported to Floom that the flowers were of poor quality, the bouquet was smaller than advertised and really poor value for money and just received robotic responses saying they refused any refund. They hide behind the poor quality pictures on their website as the yard stick for quality rather than taking customers feedback into genuine consideration. Would wholly recommend using other services.
Simply put - don't bother - and shocking customer support
My family received some flowers from the Company I work for, as a kind gesture whilst we're dealing with some issues. They died after 96 hours. Contacted Customer Support, who will not address the issue in any manner, as we were the recipient and not the sender, and it was over 72 hours from delivery. Whilst the lady on the phone said that they would expect their flowers to 'last at least a week', she contradicted herself repeatedly by stating that issues have to be reported within 72 hours! This service isn't cheap, and I would strongly suggest that you cut out the robots and deal with businesses local to the recipient.

I selected Floom for Valentineâs Day thinking it would be a great way to surprise my wife. They provided a delivery time of 10-6pm. During this time I was at home with a clear view of the front door. At 6:10pm I received an email that the flowers had been delivered.
This was quite confusing as I was sitting by the front door and didnât see anyone attempt a delivery. I checked outside as I selected âleave in a safe placeâ if I wasnât home as an option but nothing had been left. I even checked with the neighbors and they hadnât seen anything.
When I reached out to support they stated they would need two business days to look into this and resolve. This was very disappointing when you expect flowers to be delivered for a specific day / event.
I recommend going with a more reputable brand in the future that will deliver when they say they will.
