Poor experience. Flowers presumably arrived on time but as only half of a very short message arrived, the recipient had no idea who sent them. A call to the florist was less than helpful due to data protection. The result was that a gift meant to make someone feel special and appreciated became something else entirely.
Despite complaining to them (prompting a crass AI reply) and being contacted a further 5! times to leave various reviews in various places, no one has addressed my issues.

Yesterday flowers arrived to my house for my daughterâs 40th birthday from her brother who lived abroad. The bouquet he wanted to order was not available so the florist suggested roses and he agreed. The florist mentioned she would add a small gift for the inconvenience. We received 15 stems of small roses, (no added gift) which looked exactly the same, and had the same number of buds, as the roses I had bought the previous day in M&S for £6. There was was no added foliage to the Floom flowers, the stems were bone dry where cut and there was no effort to make them look nice. They were wrapped in a piece of purple/brown paper which had no cellophane wrap and, to add insult to injury, the paper was crushed and damaged with a ribbon that was frayed at the ends. Pretty shocked at what arrived at the door as a present for anyone and for the money spent. There was also no message, no order number or indication of who sent them. I asked the delivery man to make the phonecall to find out who sent them which he politely did. After some time he got my sonâs first name. He was told that people normally know who is sending them flowers ! I rang the company to complain but was told the only person who could complain was the person who ordered the flowers. So not wanting to further bother and embarrass my son I am left to write this review. Luckily the flowers arrived late afternoon so not the whole day was spoilt for me ! A pretty awful and upsetting experience. I would not have given anyone such a present in such a state for their birthday !
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday, its now Thursday, theyâve still not arrived and I keep being fobbed off with excuses. They're ignoring my request for a refund and have ruined what was meant to be a lovely surprise for a family member. Terrible customer service and I've paid near £80 for something that never arrived :( ridiculously poor, AVOID!

Flowers delivered to wrong address
Birthday flower bouquet was left with a neighbour without trying to contact recipient, or leaving a note in letterbox explaining. Recipient received same flowers a day late. This is the problem when dealing with a florist, and intermediary and then a courier. Next time directly from the florist!
Terrible flowers and customer service
My friend often buys me flowers from here and they are usually gorgeous. I received some on Tuesday for my 40th and I immediately knew something was wrong. It was the tiniest bunch of flowers I had ever received.. quite frankly embarrassing that a florist would send them out.
I was honest with him and he sent me a picture of the bunch he had ordered which had cost £75. The bunch he ordered were called Orchidya and I received 4 stems and not one orchid as described. He complained and asked them to resend however they refused to do so and only offered him £10 refund.
I am absolutely disgusted as I know they probably get away with this a lot given many people would be reluctant to complain.

I ordered flowers on Sunday morning. They were delivered Sunday afternoon. They were absolutely beautiful. Beauty and the Rose did the order. The company even messaged me to discuss the bouquet prior to delivery. It was so easy to order via Floom,and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.
Poor Quality
Ordered a flower arrangement on behalf of my CEO to say thank you to one of our team members. Delivery was super quick, like within 2 hours of the order so hence the 2 stars! The team member shared a photo of the flowers not to complain as no one would ever. We then noticed that they were nothing like was advertised on line and even some of the flowers looked tired. Contacted customer service and they said they would pass on the feedback to the florist and then offered a 15% discount code on future purchases, which is crazy as I will never use them again! I should have read the reviews first they are pretty bad if I am honest. £50 is not cheap and you expect good quality!
I cannot recommend this company
I was sent a bunch of peonies from a valued friend as a birthday gift. The flowers were in terrible condition and so I called Customer Services to give feedback. I was told by the CS rep that, due to GDPR, only the purchaser could raise a complaint. When I asked the relevance of GDPR, I was told it was because the credit card holder needed to apply for a refund. I explained that I hadn't called for a refund as my objective was to give feedback to Floom in the hope that they would follow-up with the florist. I queried why GDPR was relevant. The CS rep (I have elected not to share her name here) then switched her reasoning away from GDPR to company policy. Clearly the CS rep was not interested, even when I offered to give my details to verify that I was the recipient. I asked how feedback could be escalated to Floom's CEO and I was given a generic email address (support@....) after which the CS rep cut the call off i.e. no further contribution from her, or closing statements, she just terminated the call.
I have messaged Floom's CEO via LinkedIn and await her reply.
Ironically I have a vase full of beautiful peonies that I purchased on a trip to a well known (orange branded) supermarket three days before I received the Floom delivery. I paid £24 for 20 stems and, seven days later, they are still stunning. By my estimation the cost of the 10 stems supplied via Floom was over £60.
I have made my decision about Floom and will leave you to make yours.

Avoid!
The online delivery tracker didnât update so I had no idea they had been delivered until 3 hours afterwards. They also didnât include the message, which meant the recipient didnât know who sent the flowers, and this caused the recipient distress, so what should have been a nice gesture was sort of ruined. Floom ignored my queries and provided a really poor service all round. I wouldnât recommend, there are plenty of alternatives who will supply a superior service at a much more reasonable price, unlike Floom who charge top whack for a shoddy service

Total scam. No delivery at all, and I paid extra for same day. Zero communication after multiple attempts at customer service. Took $120, and they did zero. Definitely reporting to credit card co.

When I called to inform them of this they required a picture to prove that I was telling the truth. I sent it! And requested a refund. Took multiple calls for them To agrees to process one & up till now i am still waiting for my £66 for a service that I never received! I have had multiple agents tell me it has been processed even though I have spoke to my back who have no records of any pending transactions. THIS COMPANY ARE THEVES. you pay for a service they donât provide it and then refused to refund you what you have paid for !
SCAM
SCAM. Ordered same day delivery to console my friend on a death and the flowers never arrived. No update, no explanation, nothing. Customer service gaslit and kicked the can down the road. Said they would investigate and instead I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered but still no sign of them.
Really easy for me to find what I needed!
It was really easy for me to find the flowers I was looking for, and I loved that I could add a different vase and candle (from this specific florist). It felt like i could really customize my delivery and my partner loved them. And i like that the app told me where the flowers were at - on the way / delivery etc.
Got a delivery email but no flowers
Got a delivery email but no flowers. Raised a complaint online, they responded after a couple of days with an email telling me they were going to close the ticket if I didn't respond within 2 hours, responded. Got the same email 3 times now, which I keep responding to, but I didn't see the last one in time so presumably they've closed the ticket, it's hard to tell.
No answer on the phone, ever.
Seems they feel they can just keep my money and they've set up a robot to keep trying to close my ticket so they can ignore it. It's been two weeks now.
