We encourage all our customers to review the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase to understand the process fully. Although we are unable to collect the pallets post-delivery, we suggest recycling them as a sustainable option. It appears that there was a mix-up by the shipping company, resulting in your order being delivered to an incorrect address. We have made several attempts to reach you by phone to coordinate the dispatch of a replacement order and to verify the delivery details, especially since you indicated receiving communication from the address that mistakenly received your items. Unfortunately, without a response from you, we were left uncertain of the situation's status. Could you please confirm if you have now retrieved your order? We are terribly sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with our return process. It's important for us to explain the context behind this. When your order was shipped, it involved significant costs for us. While we charge a reasonable £49.99 for shipping pallets, the actual expense we incur from the haulage companies is £120.00. This discrepancy is a key factor in our return policy; as a business, covering these costs is essential.

In the event of a return, not only do we absorb the initial shipping cost of £120.00, but we also face the same expense to return the pallet. This process is markedly different and more costly than standard postal services like Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Moreover, our return policies align with industry norms observed by other online flooring companies.

Furthermore, we must consider our internal expenses, which include packaging and staffing. These are all integral to our terms and conditions. To mitigate such situations, we offer a free sample service. This allows our customers to view and feel the exact product they are considering before making a purchase, thereby reducing the likelihood of dissatisfaction and the need for returns. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to continually improving our services for a better customer experience.
