Lee and Leo put customer service first - head and shoulders above all the other companies we dealt with.
Highly recommended.
Competitive prices and do all they can to deliver on time.
And - importantly - keep in communication to let you know what is happening.

Great experience, we had to change the date a few times and they couldn’t have been more hopeful. On the day the fitters were really professional, did an amazing job and clearly take pride in their work.

I had a couple of questions and Lee responded to them very quickly (within 5 minutes) so I was able to resolve them and buy the items! I received the items in the post a couple of days later, faster than was advised, and they were both well wrapped. Great service! Thank you Lee

The material arrived in good quality and on time.

We’ve just had some Elka engineered flooring fitted to our lounge, dining room and hallway - it looks amazing! No door plates between the rooms so all flows beautifully - Lee was so helpful and between him and the fitters managed to come up with a way to fit the wood to our unexpected wonky floors…they even came back on Saturday to finish the work as it had taken so much longer than planned and we had a family party the following week.
Couldn’t recommend them more, I had to shoo Dan out the door on Saturday afternoon as he didn’t want to leave a mess!!!

Goods arrived within the 1-3 days advertised but I didn't get an prior notice of delivery day or time and it was a bit lucky that I happened to be at home..

My whole experience with floorland was excellent, staff were helpful with supply of samples and delivered the quickstep vynil on time as promised. All in all a very good service.

I ordered a sample and the called to ask if in stock and if there was anything else similar .
I was looking for Black Flooring .
I spoke to Lee who was so helpful and recommended Flooring for me.
I ordered it and it was delivered on Friday
It looks and feels so Good .
